"I appreciate the review, it was out of my control waiting on that part, all you had to do was use the Emergency Heat, and that would had kept you warm, if I remember correctly you were more concerned with cooling at the time, sorry you were not completely satisfied, sometimes contractors are at the mercy of our vendors, to get those parts from other locations, I cant do anything about that !!"

The service quotes I received from others were anywhere from 100-200 dollars more.
I highly recommend his service and would recommend to anyone....I am picky.
FYI: I had my model number ready to go for him when he called...made everything much smoother.

"Im sorry you feel that way, However; after arriving I found you had a Evaporator coil that was dirty beyond cleaning in place,and the Blower section,this job can take 2-3 hours to complete, when we have to remove those components. You already seen for yourself how dirty the coil was, That is why I informed your Wife and called you, and gave you an Estimate to do the work, and you told me to proceed, had you said NO I would not had did the work. I guess you were thinking you could get it done for $56.00. And the system in question also has a leak, and as a courtesy I raised the pressure by adding Refrigerant, at NO Charge!! I did not perform an A/C Tuneup , and as far as I know , you were supposed to receive a refund for that amount. sorry it did not work out !!"

"Yes Mam I had wrote the time frame down wrong as I told you that was my fault, we did reschedule to your convenience later that day, The time frame was between 8:00 and 10:00, had I got there at 9:45 Am, and you had to leave at 10:00, that would have left me only 15 mins to do a A/C tune up that takes at least 45 mins to one hour, so therefore it worked out to your benefit. My Company should have been informed that you were leaving at 10:00 am anyway , we could have made other arrangements !"
