Screen replacement was excellent - screen looks nice and tight.  Hard to reach areas on the top were done very nicely.  
Pressure washing of pavers was a mess.  I was told that there is a way to clean the pavers without displacing the sand.  We spent 2 days replacing all the sand between the bricks ourselves after they left.  A lot of dirt was left on the pavers, windows, doors, walls, hurricane shutters and lots of sand into the pool and required hours (days) of cleanup after they left hosing off all the areas surrounding the paver area, cleaning pool filter several times because of debri and sand etc.  I really regret having this done.
Fireplace was green with mildew, it was nice and clean, no mildew.
Pressure wash rain gutters,  gutters had a fair amt of algae and black residue.  The gutters looked much better but a mess was left on the walls surrounding the house - and I had to spray around the whole house to remove all the debri and dirt left sticking to the walls that had been cleaned off the gutters - pointless to pressure wash the gutters when I had a couple hours of work left to do myself after they were finished.
Pool frame is white and had green algae.  It was pressure washed and scrubbed with a brush.  It looks much better.
We had a wind storm that pushed up soffit in the pool area.  It was pulled back down into place and secured with screws.  It looks good again.
Overall the screening was a great job.  The pressure washing was a disaster, except for the pool frame.  The mess they left behind took me almost 3 days to clean up.  I do expect windows to get dirty from pressure spraying the gutters, but not to have chunks of dirt left hanging on the stucco walls after they leave.  One brick was broken - probably from dropping the ladders onto the bricks as I heard a few times.   Black marks from bottom of ladders were left on several places on bricks which I had to scrub off myself.
The person who pressure washed the gutters made swirly loop designs in our entry sidewalk with the pressure sprayer - so now we need to clean and pressure spray that ourselves to make it look good again.  We did not contract to have the sidewalk cleaned, this was just done in the process of pressure washing the gutters
They would show up for a few hours a day - taking 3 days to do the work   4 days overall with one day missed because of rain.  They would either arrive very late morning or after lunch to start work, or  leave at noon and not come back until the next day.  
I would recommend Mark for any rescreening as that was a good job.  But that is all, and expect the job to be stretched out with late arrivals and early departures, but make sure your deck is protected from black marks.  Also clearly define the price before work is started and if any additional work is done - once again define and approve the price before any work or extra work is done.
Would I hire again - No   Rescreening was excellent - but I gave a C because everything else about the job was less than professional.  So depending on the work you would like done - make your own decision.
