This business has purposely remained small to tailor the service level and type of service specific to each individual customer. Most of our clients are smaller to medium sized business who enjoy the benefits of dealing with a limited number of skilled technicians so a familiar bond is formed in a work relationship between our technicians and the customers they serve. Often time, decisions need to be made which can change the speed in which a job can be completed. Our technicians are empowered to make these decisions on the job preventing time from being lost and billed, allowing for timely completion, where larger company’s communication bottlenecks often times dictate a much different outcome.
