Ty came within hours after we talked. He quickly identified the source of our roof leak. They did the repairs a week later (first dry day in weeks) while we were away. Came the next day for payment. He only accepts cash or check which can be an issue if you have a big repair. We were very happy with his customer service and you can't even tell where he had to replace our roof.

It is a challenge to find an honest pro so I am pleasantly surprised with T and T Construction of Brevard. In 2005 I had a new roof put on by Reroof America. Unfortunately they did sub standard work in several areas but since my city dropped the ball and didn't do the final inspection I didn't know until the leaks began. Ty inspected my roof, took photos of the failing vent pipes and explained his plan to correct the problem areas. When the work was complete he showed me the parts he replaced. It's good to do business with an honest professional who does quality work.

I have to admit that I was kind of worried about this b/c I had been burnt before but, coming into the rainy season with a whole in my roof really worried me. Ty was honest on that you really don't know how much damage there would be until they opened the area. Which was done I was shown step by step on what had been done in the past and what needed to be done to fix the structure. Tim and Ty worked together to make sure I was happy with how and what they were doing. The price came in a bit higher than the lowest price quoted but well below the highest price I had anticipated. A few hours after the start of the work it was completed and it looks great! I am so glad I used T &T.

Very professional - detailed explanation of work to be done with photos. Workman accomplished job quickly and efficiently. My only complaint would be that the company does not take credit cards, but that had nothing to do with the work, which was excellent!

Very prompt response to my request and showing up to inspect the project. The installation of a new ridge vent was completed in the time frame promised and the workman was informative, and professional. All debris was removed from property.

Everything was done as true professional, down to cleaning up after the work was done.

One of the owners came to give me an estimate on a roll ridge. He explained what it was; how it worked and how long the repair would take. He gave me a fair price for the job. A few days later a roofer showed up and finished the job in 45 minutes. I couldn't be more happy with the whole experience.
