Came out once before the job to do a calculated diagnosis. Gave 2 probabilities and 2 prices. Fortunately, the lower priced procedure cured the problem.

Work was completed. Price was way over estimate received from their office. Got a run around regarding difference. Work was ok except for the several holes left in a closet ceiling from trying to run water tube. Wrote president of the compny regarding price. No response. If you use them get the estimate in writing and verify before letting them start work.

Phil was our technician. He was patient in describing what he thought was causing our leak and thoroughly answered all questions we had. Prior to doing the work he gave us the best and worse case scenarios regarding price in relation to work that might have to be done to fix the problem. I think the cost was a fair market price for the work involved. It has been approximately six months since the work was done and there has been no recurrence of the leak. The problem was effectively solved.

I have been extremely satisfied with their work.

We originally asked to have our white painted garbage disposer sink flange replaced, because the paint was badly chipped. We were told that this was no problem as they had the part in stock. The process would involve dismounting the disposer,removing the old sink flange,sealing in the new flange,and remounting the disposer. We asked them to come out on a Saturday and we were aware that the labor charge would $90 an hour. When Sat. rolled around,they called us to tell us that they could not just replace the flange and that the entire disposer would have to be replaced because they would have to order a separate flange. They said that they could bring by a plastic snap-in cover for the existing flange which would cover the chipped paint. So we said OK to that. They arrived,charged us the full $90 labor for the 5 minutes it took to snap in the cover and then charges us $31.76 for the part that is probably no more than $5 at a major home improvement store.We paid WAY too much for a bait and switch
