N-Hance of Brevard

We hired N-Hance Wood Refinishing of Brevard to refinish our kitchen cabinets, and at first, everything looked great. Unfortunately, after just three years, the white paint on all of the cabinet doors has yellowed noticeably, while the cabinet boxes and frames remain the original white, as confirmed by N-Hance's paint color swatch. The result is mismatched, cabinet paint that looks like a DIY project gone wrong. When we contacted the company, they admitted this was unusual and unexpected and even suggested that something must have gone wrong during the offsite paint process at their factory. Despite acknowledging the issue, their only ?solution? was to charge us an additional $2,000 to repaint the cabinet doors. This is extremely disappointing, especially given the cost of the original project (appx $7000) and the company?s admission that the problem stemmed from their paint or process. Do not take the first bid automatically. When a contractor says he will give me a better price if I sign now. That is a flag for me.

My cabinets turned out beautifully and gave my kitchen a whole new look. Our techs were Stefan and Nick. They were on time, professional, personable and very accommodating. Nick even went to Home Depot to color match to a Kraftmaid cabinet I had seen and liked. Stefan worked with me to get the glazing just perfect. I couldn't be happier with the results. Anyone seeing my refinished cabinets would think they were brand new.

From beginning to end, owner Tim Judy with an estimate to Tylor & Jake who were the techs at the house working, were extremely professional, nice, on time, cleaned up and did a fantastic job. I was working from Connecticut, trying to do an upgrade on cabinets in our Vero Beach home. Tim gave me confidence when we spoke by phone, never using pressure to sell his product, only speaking of what he supplies and how he installs. Once I went online and saw the various comments from satisfied customers, AND compared prices with other firms, I was sold and definitely not disappointed in the final product! There were two items that come in the wrong size and he corrected them quickly and efficiently.

Tim and his crew arrived promptly as scheduled and after reviewing the job the crew set to work. The refinishing job was performed cleanly, efficiently, and promptly. We did find a few minor items that required touch up. The best part of this was the follow up and prompt touch up of our cabinets. They did a great job on our kitchen cabinets. We're impressed everytime we look at the work. We were at a point where we almost bought all brand new cabinets, but these look perfect. They look brand new. They're great guys, very reliable. We had them come back and refinish our bathroom vanities as well as clean and seal our wood floors.
