"Thank you for your review. Most (99%) clog issues are solved by snaking out the lines, but sometimes we find that your septic tank is full and needs pumped out, or even a more serious problem. In this case there was a problem with your septic tank. The drain lines can also become clogged as a result of a septic tank being full so even if you pump out the tank, it is very common to still need to snake the lines. It is a 50/50 chance for sure, who to call first, septic guy or plumber, and we try to tell everyone that before we begin. You told us to go for it and let's hope for the best, we did. Why do people immediately go online instead of calling me to help them if there's a problem? (insert sigh here) I will keep trying to help people anyways. God bless, Bill"

"Same service plumber that got all the A reviews. We did not charge her 600.00 we charged 260.00. We also did not replace her shut off valve so there is some confusion there I think. We replaced a hose bibb and repaired the toilet April 1. Bad review on August 5? Not sure what happened in the meantime but, please,If anybody ever has a complaint or concern with us, please call us and we will take care of it. Bill"
