Haley's Comet Carpet Cleaning

Annually I call Haleys to clean my carpets and rugs and this year just before company was coming I realized my white sofa wasn't white any more so I gave them a last minute call and they cheerfully came out on a Saturday morning and "brightened the sofa so that it looked new again!  Always pleasant and professional and knowledgeable about different fabrics and I like living in a small town and using the local companies here.

Have more carpet that needs to be bound.... quick service too.

He was wonderful, efficient, friendly, and professional. He scheduled us quickly, returned phone calls, came as promised, left the house very clean.

They were late getting here, kept getting lost which if that was the only thing that happened I wouldn't have given a bad review. They charged us extra for freshener which I don't think they used, at least I never smelled it. All the stains came back within a day. I was told on the phone that they were going to use the latest and greatest machine on my carpets and when they weren't using it, I asked why and he told me I didn't have enough room in my house. 4000 sq ft house. They didn't move anything, even light chairs, just went around them.

I spoke to this provider regarding a deal that they are offering for $59.95. The lady I spoke with told me that there is a three room minimum and that I would have to pay $10.00 extra despite the fact that the fine print of the deal states they service my area. This lady was extremely rude and unprofessional.

Very efficent operation.Arrived on time cleaned two rooms of carpet in less than an hour. Left everything clean and orderly.

Could not be more impressed with their service. 12 yr old carpet looks new after three kids worth of wear and tear. Sofa looks great, tile looks brand new. Grout was black, now is white. Prompt and professional. Really impressed.

The experience went well, as Haley's Comet has a really good system that heats the water, and pulls the water and dirt out of the carpet . They treated the carpet for odors, and cleaned it thoroughly. They pulled up the worst of the stains created by a pet cat.

The provider contacted me immediately to schedule service. He arrived promptly on time. The carpet was cleaned very well including some stains caused by the movers.

Haley's Comet was the only carpet cleaner my dad used . After he passed away, I moved into his condo. I have used Haley's x2 and each time was greatly surprised on how many stains and odors they were able to remove. I have an elderly, sick cat who has difficulty with litter pan. Needless to say my carpet took a beating. The guy's were able to remove stains and odors from the 20 plus year old carpet. I was thinking I would need to replace it, but after the cleaning, it looks great. They were here on time, went to work and were out a short time later. I am thinking about having them clean my old, worn tile. There were no hidden fees and the guys did not try to talk me into any extras. It is a small, local business, that does a wonderful job.

Area rug needed a good cleaning before being used in our new home. Haley's came, picked it up, cleaned it beautifully, delivered it back to me and laid it in the area it would be used. They did a lovely job, the rug looks new.  I wouldn't hesitate to use them again, and will certainly recommend them if asked.

He really did a nice job, the whole group were very polite and very nice.

Haley's Comet Carpet Cleaning did a great job. They made old and dirty look clean and new. They're a family business and on-time. They helped in moving the furniture, they knew the business and were very informative. It was a great experience overall. They ere 5 minutes early from the scheduled time.

He was thorough and professional.. The cleaning seemed to be through hot water instead of steam. The carpets seemed to be clean but took several more hours to dry than the estimated four to five The price was certainly very good and the appointment was within a day or two of our calling.
