Everyone in this shop is courteous, professional and, by all means, talented. I've been going there for about 3 years and in that time, they've completed several dozen jobs for me. Easy to work with!

Perfect. We have been using A BETTER COPY for all of our company's printing needs for many years. This includes business cards, Trade Show flyers, Invoices, advertising flyers to retailers, special announcements etc. We have always found their prices to be competitive or better than the and quot;big box storesand quot;. In addition, they are very helpful in recognizing and providing us with quality, punctuality and professionalism.

Delivered on time, Included wrap boxes that were not expected exceeded all exceptions on service and quality.

I gave them a rough idea of what I wanted, and then trusted them to tidy it up. The graphics were good and hopefully the final product will be good, but the process was hell. First the designer was out of town so I had to wait over a week for him to get back. No one called to tell me this, even though my boards were supposed to be ready on the date before his return. Messages weren't always delivered, timeliness were not kept, and emails took too long to be answered. Then when the signs were finally ready I discovered they spelled my name in all caps with no spaces, so they are going to have to redo it, which will take another 3 days. This has now gone on over a month. Another printer in town has already finished magnet signs for my car and stationery in less than half the time it's taken for these signs. Too bad they didn't have the size I needed. Go to Imprint Promotions instead of A Better Copy.
