This weekend, I was obliged to discontinue their service.
This is what I told them was the reason.
"One might be excused for thinking that I pay your company for pool chemicals, time, expertise, and fuel. You, however probably know better, given your tagline “We do it ALL – so all you do is SWIM”. On the weekend of 10/11 and 10/12, my kids were in town, and wanted to swim, but the pool was gross. The week before, I talked with you on a couple of occasions to coordinate having power to the pumps so your man could clean the pool, to no avail. I did what I could to clean it up, but the algae that had grown in the water did not settle out until this last Wednesday. This was a grave disappointment.
You did not do it all, I was not able to swim. I no longer see the value in your services."

At first service was great. But in past month when started having serious problems with pump and green pool, he did not return multiple phone calls. Pool tech was always nice but struggled with the pool. New pool tech from another company fixed the problem in a day. By addressing the problem- phosphate. Admittedly part of the problem was caused by me, but he never returned numerous calls to correct situation. For three weeks I had a green pool. I gave up on trying to contact him.

My experience with them has been great. It is kind of expensive though. They come out. They take their time to clean your pool. They clean the sides and the bottom. I would recommend them. I called around and that is what everybody charges. So, I guess the price is okay. They are out on a ball. They come every Wednesday. They are nice people to work with.

We pay them monthly, and their price is very good. I have no intention of stopping them, when I took care of the pool myself, it was green and now it is crystal clear blue. They provide all the chemicals and everything else, all I do, is swim in it.

All plumbing and the liner were installed to my satisfaction, and aside from the week long weather delay Tom kept on schedule. We were pleased with the time and care taken to ensure there were no wrinkles in the new liner, new well points drilled promptly and re-plumbed when the old ones proved to be defective, and the care they took to haul away all trash and equipment when tasks were completed. Good job, Tom. You deserve a gold star.

Tom was very professional and knowledgeable. Very helpful to us as we are getting started as new pool owners. The work was done promptly and without hassle. We came home from work to find it completed and well done.

They're awful. The price was good but they don't know what they're doing. The pool was cloudy all of the time. My neighbor actually noticed the guy didn't clean anything at all but still put a card out saying he had been there and cleaned the pool. I kept having to call and get them to come out but they didn't know what they were doing. It just never looked right. The whole purpose is that you don't have to do anything to the pool but I couldn't even use it all of the time because it was so nasty looking.
