Been in the store several times and everytime he has an excuse. At this time and date I don't have my TV. Filed a complain to BBB to see if someone can stop this guy. Please google his guy before give him more business.
Description of Work: Took my TV and charged me close to 80 dollars for diagnostic and another 200 for parts! The guy always tells me " I will call you" and he never does! Never returned my TV back..

This whole situation was completely nerve racking for me, as witnessed by a friend who was there. This man does not know how to deal with customers. The bench fee was $85.00, I told him I would pay him by credit card, he immediately replied in very fast as well as hard to understand broken English, "Only Cash!" yet on his front window of the store it displayed major credit cards he would accept like the one I had. Since I did happen to have the cash on me I went ahead and paid him, but he never offered or given a receipt, when I insisted on one he began to befriend me, as if this transaction was base on a personal level not business. He told me he would call me and give me an estimate, but he never called me, so three days later I went down to his store, and he claimed he had already fixed it, and the cost was $305.00. He wouldn't answer why he didn't call me. He again would not accept my credit card, but insisted on cash. At that point I was getting really concerned. Before I left to go to my bank, I demanded a receipt or copy of work order for my camcorder repairs, he picked up a sales receipt with attached paper work that was laying on a cluttered desk and I reminded him that I was suppose to receive a receipt from him when I dropped off my camcorder as well as a quote that he said he would call. This man took it personal and began to get irritated and again trying to befriend me, that I accusing him of cheating me, doing me wrong and then he began to take offense. With great uncertainty, I gave him the cash an before he gave me my camcorder to me, and also asked for my video tape that was in the camcorder and he said he threw it out! I told him that it had possible had some important events filmed on it, and he just said it was a bad take, no good! I demanded a sales receipt for the $305.00. As I walked out the door he kept proclaiming he fixed it and more befriending comments, like I was his very good friend! I had to bring it back two times, the second time I brought it back I had a close friend to be witness and when I told this repairman/shop owner that the camcorder still malfunctioning the same way it was the first time I brought it back , he at first began to blame it on my way of operating the camera, I had told him I have had the camera almost 10 years and know how to operate it correctly, he then insisted that I give him back the camcorder and both of us with my friend to go in the back repair room and he will check it out, frustrated and bewildered, I respectfully asked for my $305.00 back several times. From what little English I and my friend could make out he kept repeating his self that he couldn't do that, I asked why but he just continued as if he had never heard me the first time, he kept interrupting me, accusing me of doing me of doing him wrong, that I was his good friend..etc my friend ask him to calm down. I told him I would have to call the law to come to the store he said,"Call the Law!" and kept insisting to follow him and he said he would refund all my money if it was fixed this time. I gave this repairman another chance and for right now the camcorder is working properly, but this repair shop owner/repairman business practices and procedure's are totally not customer friendly or trust worthy. I can see why his store is so cluttered with electronic components and the like either waiting to be repaired or never pick up, according to this repairman's explanation. I can see why now!Mary Ester
