Marcus showed up as promised and solved the problem I was having with my floor. I had fine sandpaper filings embedded in the floor. He proceeded to clean the entire area, and saved me from having to totally refinish the floor or replace it. Additionally, he didn't even want payment for his time and trouble. He is a perfect gentleman and I recommend him highly.

Marcus did an incredible job. Our wood floors were 10 years old and pretty beat up. His crew came in and sanded, cleaned and finished the floors in its natural wood. This is the second time I have used Marcus and his brother Alex's company to refinish hardwood floors and repairs. They are extremely Professional , Courteous, always on time which is very important to me. They are highly skilled and do masterful work. My hardwood floors are 58 years old and look brand new. I also have parquet floors in hallway and dining room and they came out Beautiful !!! Lumark is the company to use ,prices very Reasonable. They just helped me increase the value of my house substantially !! They have quite a crew of assistants that share the same work ethics and values .
