This company is the most professional group of workers that you

only could hope for to be working in your home. Peter is a gem, everything he promised was completed with accuracy. My bathroom is so beautiful, it was so easy working with Peter. He explained every detail and also listened to my ideas.  The crew, all of them were always on time and very polite. There workmanship is outstanding.  Everyday they cleaned up and left nothing in the way. When calling the office, the girl at the desk (Anita) was always so friendly.  I JUST WANT TO SAY THANK YOU AGAIN

This company is very professional. All work was done to high standards. Workers arrived promptly when scheduled and cleaned up after themselves before leaving. I would say that I am somewhat picky, but DIA will do whatever it takes to make the customer happy.

Every member of this company's team was a pleasure to work with. Communication was easy and professional. Their goal was to please and that was accomplished. Garrett was their contact person and he was visible throughout most of the work. The tile man was an artist, the drywall man was a perfectionist, the plumber and the electrician did outstanding work. They were neat and clean throughout the job which lasted about 5 weeks. I loved getting a work schedule from day one. The work pretty much followed the schedule and if there were changes, Garrett always called in advance. The remodeling of our bathrooms was was done by a team of professionals. My husband and I are so happy with the results.

My wife and I found the exact type of bathroom we wanted and shopped the job of remodeling our outdated bathroom to several contractors here on Angieslist. We especially wanted someone who would "hold our hand" through the process since we were nervous about doing anything ourselves.
We liked Peter from DIA Kitchen and Bath the best because he was willing to explain anything and everything in detail and repeat himself if need be. Peter was able to replicate the bathroom we wanted with materials he had and even improved upon the look and design of the room. Peter is very up front and honest about costs -- he is NOT cheap, but as they say, you get what you pay for. We were willing to pay for quality.
He was also extremely patient with us. We went through some tough decisions that Peter would have made in a snap but we needed to talk it out, sometimes even get back to him. We even had a granite picked out, delivered and installed, then we changed our mind and Peter replaced it for a very small cost. It was incredible.
Peter is also very organized and detailed. Before our job began he provided a day-to-day breakdown of what was going to get done. For the most part he was on schedule. At one point he was AHEAD of schedule. Then, because of OUR schedule, he finished late. But that's our fault, not his. His willingness to adjust his team's schedule to our needs was impressive.
He also has a great crew. Example: If you get tile done ask for Antonio to do it. He's from Italy and has been laying tile for years. He's incredible. I wanted to write a review on Angieslist just for him but he does not have his own business. The only way to get him is through DIA.
Every day my wife and I wake up and walk into the bathroom we've always wanted. It reminds us of where we go on vacation and makes us feel great (and clean!). We couldn't have done this without DIA Kitchen and Bath.

I definitely was happy with DIA. Peter was wonderful, as were each of the trades that came to my house. All were extremely professional, respectful, and skilled at what they do. Alyssa is also wonderful, and kept the lines of communication flowing. The job progressed as planned, even with a few changes, but all was handled well. The bathroom looks great, and I have no problem recommending DIA or using them again

if you in a budget, this company is not what you looking for. it will break your wallet. Their an estimate is 3 times more expensive than others. Other than that, they are very professional.
Response from DIA Kitchen & Bath

"Our competitive prices along with our high quality services have earned us a certain reputation. It is against our work ethics to curve our standards even for an investment property bathroom quick make over. We appreciate the kind remarks and we regret not being able to assist you. We wish you best of luck with your project."

I must say, I have never experienced a contractor like Dia Kitchen and Bath.  From our first contact, we were treated professionally and courteously.  Our meeting was scheduled for our home; Peter arrived exactly on time.  He listened to our needs, made extensive notes, measured, presented some ideas, and set up an appointment at his showroom for  two weeks.  In the meantime, we interviewed other contractors and received pricing.  When we met with Peter, we were ready to make our decision.  We signed the contract, made some selections and were told we would hear from him with a schedule.  EVERYTHING went smoothly.  He set up a meeting with all his people (electrician, plumber, air conditioning man, and his foreman).  He gave  each a printed scope of work and a schedule.  He NEVER deviated from the schedule.  Always on time and returned any calls very promptly.  His people were always friendly and courteous.  I do not have one negative thing to say about this company.  If you want a worry free job done, this is the place to call.  In addition, I want to say that others in our condo had nightmare stories of the permit process.  Not Dia Kitchen and Bath.  Everything went smoothly.  All this was done while we were back in our winter home in Rochester, New York.  I knew from the beginning that we had made a good decision.

From day one we were given a schedule of all the work to be done. With that we knew what would be done on what day, and who would show up. The owner Peter is so organized that everything was so smooth. Alyssa the office manager is always there for questions , and a happy attitude . Tommy the Forman is also a skilled craftsman . Everyone that came into our home was respectful of our home. They even cleaned up everyday. they worked in our home for three months. Holy Cow our Bathrooms rock!!! We have NO complaints with anything DIA Kitchen and Bath did. We love it all, and would call them again, and again.

It all went pretty well.  Peter is so good and bends over backwards to make the schedule work.  He estimated four days and got the job done in three.  We also had a problem with scheduling and he was so good at working around our schedule.  He came on time for the estimate and was very professional.  We went to his store first and he took a lot of time to show us the different cabinets and recommended what he thought we would like.  Tommy was the installer and he had to come back and put some finishing touches on but he did a great job installing everything and even helped us decide on the countertop.  The whole project looks beautiful and now I have so much more room because he installed deeper cabinets which was a brilliant idea by Peter.  We were very satisfied with the entire project and would certainly use them again.

The job was a complete teardown and remodeling of master bathroom. Once the contract was signed I was given a very descriptive color coded schedule and then it was full speed ahead. Finished on schedule with very minor adjustments along the way, very impressive. The quality of the work was also good.

It was not the least expensive way, but it was certainly the way to go in this case. Peter, along with the rest of the gang, Alyssa and Tommy, they were all very likable and accommodating to my needs and requests.

After receiving computer generated schematics, minor adjustments were made along the way to make things work and prevent any unforeseen complications. Peter's knowledge made it that much easier. Communication was constant and with positive results in resolving any issues.

It was very reassuring that there was a place of business that one could go to, as it was also where one could choose the materials and accessories. They were very accommodating as well in ordering any other items they may not carry but I otherwise wished to incorporate.

It was a good and pleasant working relationship and will use them again.

From the beginning this company was full speed ahead.  They worked with me side-by-side to create a plan, pick out what I wanted, plan the install dates and they got it all done on time and with a smile. This was not the cheapest route I could have gone but I had no worries that the end product would be great and it was.

I had heard horror stories about building contractors in south Florida. So when we decided to renovate the entire interior of our home, we did some research, went to talk to several general contractors, and checked references. When we first went to DIA Kitchen and Bath, we were impressed by the knowledge of owner Peter Repantis. He carries quality products, developed good designs, made excellent suggestions, and seemed to care about the satisfaction of his customers. On top of all that, the estimate for our renovation was reasonable, especially considering the custom work and higher grade materials we requested.
We decided to have DIA do the work. It was a very extensive renovation. We moved out of our home for three months to make it easier on us and on the workmen. From day one, the subcontractors did a neat, careful, high quality job. They were polite and anxious to please. The electrician, plumber, cabinet installer, finisher, and tiler were top quality and demonstrated pride of workmanship. In fact, the tiler was a perfectionist who worked in our home ten hours a day, sometimes six days a week, and did a masterful job laying the floors, bathrooms, and backsplashes all by himself. The workers continually removed the construction dust and mess as they went along, and at completion, a cleaning crew was sent in to do the final cleanup. The result was a spectacular new interior in move-in condition.
Peter had the patience to guide us through the hundreds of decisions we had to make, and even took a few changes and extra features in stride. He promptly answered questions and addressed our every concern via both phone and email. He went the extra mile to ensure that we were pleased with every aspect of the job. The job was completed right on schedule in spite of the extra items we kept adding onto it. I strongly recommend DIA Kitchen and Bath for your remodeling needs, whether large or small. In fact, I have already recommended them to many friends and neighbors with the confidence that they would also be pleased with DIA's work.

Would not work with a company that wouldn't even come look at a project.
Response from DIA Kitchen & Bath

"We encourage our potential customers to stop by our showroom with some pictures and rough measurements and get familiar with the products and designs we carry. We also have a "how to" tab on our website walking you through the process. The alternative is for us to come out take measurements, and set up a meeting with you in the store at a later date so we can present you with drawings and an estimate. There is usually a $35 charge for that which comes out of the contract price when our customers decide to move forward. However, it is our company policy to wave the design fee for all Angie's List members, something I am sure Mr. (member name removed) forgot to mention on the phone when asked. Feel free to call us back and we will be waving the entire fee of $35 for you."

DIA Kitchen & Bath have been good so far. We are going through the plan and submitting permits at this point. They were the closest to my house and they had the highest ratings on Angie's List. The price was right in the ballpark with everyone else.

Everything went great!  Everyone showed up on time and kept to the scheduled.  Old kitchen was demo'd and new cabinets were installed.  Old track lighting was removed and replaced with new recessed LED lights.  Also installed dimmable, LED accent lights above the cabinets.  New granite countertop and backsplash was also installed.  All workers were very proficient and professional.
Everything looks great.   Peter stayed very involved throughout the project and payed close attention to all details.  We are very satisfied with our new kitchen and the entire DIA staff.  We would easily reccomend them and plan on calling DIA when it's time to update our bathrooms.

Peter and his crew were outstanding! Our kitchen was 30 years old and needed an extreme makeover. We love our new kitchen. Peter was very involved with the project from beginning to end. His crew from the installer, electricians, plumber, tile setter, etc. were fabulous and very skilled at what they do. They all were courteous, polite and very punctual. The time frame for the project was performed as promised. The whole experience was seamless from beginning to end. It is very refreshing to find such a reputable and honest business. We highly recommend Dia Kitchen and Bath!

The plumber, tile and counter people worked very hard and did  a beautiful job in my kitchen--but when problems popped up they weren't taken care of in a timely fashion--it took 9 days for someone to fix a drawer that was hitting the new counter and all it took was lowering the guide tracks/it took 10 days for the counter people to fix the splash behind  the stove so it could fit closer to the counter/and instead
of putting a rush on another faucet (that would fit better) I had to wait 10 days before the plumber could hook up my new sink!!! So, it took from Jan. 28th to Feb. 7th to complete this job!!! A little too long if u ask me!!!

Response from DIA Kitchen & Bath

"Completion date according to the member's contract was Feb 28th. The job was finished on the 7th. When our plumber showed up to connect the faucet she had originally picked out on the signed selection form she decided she just did not like it. The faucet "fit" perfect she had just not realized what "15 inches high REALLY means" and thought it was too high for her liking. A new faucet was ordered AT NO COST to her came in and was installed 3 days later (the same day it came in from the manufacturer since it was a rush order). The entire project, plumbing disconnect, counter removal, new quartz counter top fabrication and installation, tile back splash installation plumbing reconnect and a repair to an existing drawer front that was rubbing even on the old counter top took 11 days. That includes a 3 day delay for the 2nd faucet delivery. Too long? We proudly meet high expectations. Not unreasonable ones."

This was our first remodel ever, and we couldn't be happier with the job that Peter and his crew did for us. We love our beautiful new kitchen!
Since this was our first time working with a contractor, we didn't know exactly what to expect. We were hoping Peter would turn out to be competent, honest, and reliable, and he exceeded all our expectations. From the start, we found him very easy to work with. He came out to measure our kitchen and came up with a great design. We were a little overwhemed at first, but Peter was instrumental in helping us narrow down our choices based on his years of experience. Having a wide selection of cabinets, drawer pulls, floor tile, backsplashes, sinks and faucets in the showroom made it much easier to visualize what our kitchen would look like when everything was pulled together. Peter made suggestions but was never pushy. He has a professional team of workers that never failed to show up on time or clean up at the end of the day. They worked late into the night and on weekends. Special kudos to the gentleman that did our tile floor and backsplash. Our kitchen was even finished ahead of schedule! We were very impressed with the whole process from beginning to end and would like to give our highest recommendation to DIA Kitchen & Bath.

Peter and his crew of contractors were outstanding from beginning to end.  They were pleasant, and eager to make sure that we were happy with the work being performed.  The work began on time and was actually finished ahead of schedule.  Every concern we had was addressed immediately and resolved to our satisfaction. Truly a professional organization.

I had moved into our new home in Boca Raton that needed major improvements and repairs.  DIA Kitchen and Bath was referred to me by a friend so I went to their showroom to talk to someone about ideas and to see their products.  I was very impressed with their organization and the professionalism that I received from the staff and owner himself.  He gave me a lot of great ideas and incite, and also had many different options to choose from.  He proceeded to make an appointment to come to my house to measure so he can give me a fair and accurate estimate. He showed up on time and was completely honest with his opinion on what would work best based on the layout of my home.  He got back to me right away with drawings, prices, and estimated time of completion.  The drawings were great because I got to see exactly what I was going to get.  The estimate was broken down for me in detail and itemized to show me what I was paying for.  If I did not like something I could just switch it out to adjust to my liking.  I was very impressed so I chose this company to do my work.  They informed me that start date would be April 26, 2012 and they would finish by May 24, 2012.  When work started they worked neatly, promptly, and very accommodating to my crazy schedule.  The owner was in contact with me all the time and came by to see the progress and to make sure I was satisfied.  The work was completed on time and my new kitchen and bathrooms look terrific.  I was so impressed overall and would recommend this company to anyone. I want to thank them and let them know that any and all future work to be done in my home will definitely be done by them only, due to the trust I have in them.

He took into account, our budget, our storage needs, as well as the cabinet style and quality. He promised that the cabinets would be ready in 6 weeks. They were ready in four! Delivery of the cabinets was punctual, and the installation process was high class, professional, and always on time. Whenever we had minor issues, concerning the product or installation, Peter and/or his staff were quick to respond, regardless of the issue. Little adjustments seemed as important to them as the larger issues, and it became evident that the end result was that DIA is extremely cognizant of "customer satisfaction".  In the end, the kitchen is fantastic

!I would have no problem to recommend DIA, and especially, Peter, for their quality products, installation, and more importantly, for listening to our wants and needs, and addressing them accordingly.
