only could hope for to be working in your home. Peter is a gem, everything he promised was completed with accuracy. My bathroom is so beautiful, it was so easy working with Peter. He explained every detail and also listened to my ideas. The crew, all of them were always on time and very polite. There workmanship is outstanding. Everyday they cleaned up and left nothing in the way. When calling the office, the girl at the desk (Anita) was always so friendly. I JUST WANT TO SAY THANK YOU AGAINThis company is the most professional group of workers that you
"Our competitive prices along with our high quality services have earned us a certain reputation. It is against our work ethics to curve our standards even for an investment property bathroom quick make over. We appreciate the kind remarks and we regret not being able to assist you. We wish you best of luck with your project."
I must say, I have never experienced a contractor like Dia Kitchen and Bath. From our first contact, we were treated professionally and courteously. Our meeting was scheduled for our home; Peter arrived exactly on time. He listened to our needs, made extensive notes, measured, presented some ideas, and set up an appointment at his showroom for two weeks. In the meantime, we interviewed other contractors and received pricing. When we met with Peter, we were ready to make our decision. We signed the contract, made some selections and were told we would hear from him with a schedule. EVERYTHING went smoothly. He set up a meeting with all his people (electrician, plumber, air conditioning man, and his foreman). He gave each a printed scope of work and a schedule. He NEVER deviated from the schedule. Always on time and returned any calls very promptly. His people were always friendly and courteous. I do not have one negative thing to say about this company. If you want a worry free job done, this is the place to call. In addition, I want to say that others in our condo had nightmare stories of the permit process. Not Dia Kitchen and Bath. Everything went smoothly. All this was done while we were back in our winter home in Rochester, New York. I knew from the beginning that we had made a good decision.
"We encourage our potential customers to stop by our showroom with some pictures and rough measurements and get familiar with the products and designs we carry. We also have a "how to" tab on our website walking you through the process. The alternative is for us to come out take measurements, and set up a meeting with you in the store at a later date so we can present you with drawings and an estimate. There is usually a $35 charge for that which comes out of the contract price when our customers decide to move forward. However, it is our company policy to wave the design fee for all Angie's List members, something I am sure Mr. (member name removed) forgot to mention on the phone when asked. Feel free to call us back and we will be waving the entire fee of $35 for you."
"Completion date according to the member's contract was Feb 28th. The job was finished on the 7th. When our plumber showed up to connect the faucet she had originally picked out on the signed selection form she decided she just did not like it. The faucet "fit" perfect she had just not realized what "15 inches high REALLY means" and thought it was too high for her liking. A new faucet was ordered AT NO COST to her came in and was installed 3 days later (the same day it came in from the manufacturer since it was a rush order). The entire project, plumbing disconnect, counter removal, new quartz counter top fabrication and installation, tile back splash installation plumbing reconnect and a repair to an existing drawer front that was rubbing even on the old counter top took 11 days. That includes a 3 day delay for the 2nd faucet delivery. Too long? We proudly meet high expectations. Not unreasonable ones."
