We had worked with Dr. Terika Haynes two years earlier when traveling to Russia and Denmark and decided to use her services again for our European trip. The primary need was to find and secure lodging in Germany and Amsterdam. Since we were coordinating with a total of 8 people, we were able to find our own apartment in Germany. We were had quite a difficulty finding lodging in Amsterdam's City Centre within our budget even though we started 5 months early. Terika worked diligently through her networks to find us a lovely Bed and Breakfast within a 3 minute walk from the Central Station and right in the middle of the city. Since our trip was only 4 days and 4 nights, we wanted to be near it all. We shared the B and B's 2 bedrooms with our friends and it worked out beautifully.

The only thing that came as a surprise was a fee for her services. Generally, the fees are paid by the vendors but only if they have relationships with the vendors. However, Dr. Haynes worked with us by giving a 50% discount. Just be sure to ask what the fees are for the travel agent before moving forward with services.

My husband and I are going on a trip to Russia in addition to an extended business trip to Copenhagen. Traveling to the interior of Russia takes quite a bit of coordination. What complicated matters is that my business is also sending me on an extended trip to Copenhagen from Moscow while my husband returns to the U.S. I knew I probably needed help with this trip, so inquired on Twitter looking for a travel agent who had experience international bookings. Terika with Dynamite Travel answered my request and offered her services. Apparently, many travel agents will not book air flights only or charge you a small fee to do this for you. Since we are not going on a group tour but going by special invitation, we did not need hotels and cars. Terika gave me some other options to help me do it myself which I tried but found it too stressful and cumbersome. So, I reached out to Terika for help. As she listened to my long, complicated itinerary patiently, she got into action to help secure very economically reasonably priced airline tickets on multiple airlines. She relieved my stress and anxiety and especially the amount of time it saved me in planning this trip.

One more note, because of our prior communication, Terika waived the fees and did not charge us for her services. I look forward to working with Terika again for my business travel in the future. Pattie
