Entire setup, first treatment and service was A+. Since then they call before they come, and they come when they say they will be there OR they call if they will be late.

Where do we start with these people? Well, we have had nothing but poor and unethical service from this company since we first tried to use them 6 years ago. They showed up to our home, which was under construction, in the pouring rain and proceeded to treat for termites. When they were informed that the treatment would not work in raining conditions, they ignored us, treated anyway, and refused to return when it was dry to treat.

We then had to contract with a different service to get the job done correctly.We have had a termite bond with a company located in Santa Rosa Beach, FL for 5 years. Brock bought this company and failed to inform us that they had purchased the company. Then, when we called our company, GenX, to renew the bond, I was informed over the phone that Brock had bought GenX and that our contract had lapsed. So now, Brock wanted to come out and redo our pest abatement system, charge us a fortune and get a contractual exemption on much of the work that had been done by GenX.

Brock is a completely classless, unethical company. If you have to have pest abatement services, save yourself money in the long run and please contract with a national company, not Brock.

They have been around for a long time, so they must be doing something right.

They are outstanding. I have been using them for 30 years and have never had any issues. They are very responsive and professional. They do quarterly treatments for me.

They are good company. They have good customer service and products. We don’t have any problems with the bugs. We will definitely use them again.

They do a very thorough job. They will come in between the months if need be. I have never had to call them but that is good to know that they will come for emergency. I have had the same person come to my house for the last 10 years.
