WALT'S UPHOLSTERY

Description of Work: We had purchased new furniture from Hudson's furniture in Tampa Florida and accepted to carry insurance on the furniture. We had a mishap to the ottoman and it was broken in half. I notified Hudson's and they in turn had me contact the insurance co to cover the damages, the insurance agent showed up and took pictures and left, we received a call from the insurance co and they said that the cost was approximately $300.00 and they wouldn't pay that so they were willing to send me $124.00 to settle the claim. I contacted Hudson's furniture and they said that the material was no longer available so I felt I was just out of luck. I contacted Walt's Upholstery in Lutz Florida and they came over and said they could save the material and do the whole job for 150.00 plus tax for a total of 160.50 .. we accepted and they did a fabulous job and saved us from having to have 2 different color material for a chair and half and a matching ottoman .. Thanks Walt's for a fantastic job .. we will, without doubt use your company again if the need arrises .. Tom and Kathy Lehman, Temple Terrace, Florida

Description of Work: We had 6 cushions from our couch replaced. Dealing with Ashley was a pleasure. She was pleasant and was able to answer my questions. If she had to get back to me she always responded within the time frame given. Walt picked up the cushions and returned them in the time frame promised. I would definitely use them again. I feel their prices are very reasonable and the quality of work is excellent.

Description of Work: Inquired about reupholstering leather sofa. Walt was very nice and professional, and explained why it would not be cost-effective. He seemed like a nice guy and I would use him in a future project.
