Choosing a contractor and having work done to your home is very stressful in todays climate. So finding Walsh Roofing was a stress reliever. The sales Rep Trey was helpful but not pushy he explained the options and answered my questions. The installers were on time, professional and had the entire roof replaced and alll clean up done in one day. Only hiccup was that the facia board on the rear of the house was to be replaced and was not (no deduct to cost was offered), but other than that this was a great experience

On the recommendation of a friend, I called Tom Walsh of Walsh Roofing Services to look at my 26-year-old roof, which was in need of replacing. It turned out to be one of the best calls I ever made. After I pointed out some missing shingles that I had replaced as a result of a recent wind storm (not a hurricane), Tom noticed other damage that was much less noticeable to my untrained eye. Upon his recommendation, I filed a claim with my insurance company. Tom came back to my home when the insurance adjuster came to inspect the roof. Tom pointed out to the adjuster the areas of the roof that were in need of repair due to wind damage and, as a result, the insurance company replaced my entire roof. Not only that, but when the insurance company tried to charge me my hurricane deductible, Tom acted as my advocate with them and got the deductible reduced since the damage was not the result of a hurricane. Tomâ s crew did an excellent job with the reroofing job and, as a result of the roof now being up to the current building code, my insurance premium was reduced by $1,100 a year. His estimate was one of the lower ones I received, while he stresses the quality of materials, workmanship, and warranties. Thomas Walsh Roofing was very professional! I was told they would complete the job in 3 days. The employees were here bright and early and had my roof installed and my yard free of nails and debris in 1 and 1/2 days. i was very impressed!

I was very happy with the entire experience thanks to Thomas and his crew. Thomas started by looking at the roof answering any questions I had about the process, something that he continued to do via email long before I had even decided to hire him. He then provided an *itemized* estimate, from bare bones reroof to all the upgrades and options, which is not something provided by any other company I contacted. The entire process took two days, one full day for stripping the old shingle and repairing the decking, and most of a day to install the new shingles. The crew was minimally disruptive throughout and took care to contain any roof debris around the house. Once the work was completed, Thomas met with me again to address any final concerns and even personally cleaned up anything that didn't meet *his* level of satisfaction. Additionally, he had someone come out afterwards and fix the one issue I *did* have with the work done (slight gap between soffit and fascia on a "problem" part of the house). The final cost was well within what I expected to pay considering the amount of decking that needed to be repaired, and I felt like Thomas was *more* than fair and transparent with his invoicing for additional materials. Considering what I headache I expected the project to be, Thomas made the entire process pain free and comparatively cheap. I would absolutely hire him again for any roof work I need done in the future.

They showed up at the crack of dawn and worked until they completed replacing roof shingles. The work crew never bothered family members and constantly cleaned up. They did a fantastic job.
