Everything went as expected. Great follow-up and info leading up to the install. Roofers showed up on time, covered and treated everything with care an attention. Finished install in 1 day and spent almost an hour cleaning up the entire property. Roof looks great!

Walsh Roofing Services! Had a great experience with Zach! Very friendly and professional. He was GREAT with his presentation, never any pressure, explained every option available and very helpful with choosing the right shingle, including a very fair and manageable price!. Day before install day, the shingles were delivered, the day of, Miguel and his crew showed up and got to work immediately! So impressed with their professionalism, quality of work, very courteous and friendly. Tarp was laid all around the house, including covering the pool. The Roof was removed and replaced in 1 and ½ days. Miguel and his crew left my property better than it was before they arrived. Zach arrived the following day to inspect the roof and make sure there were no nails or debris anywhere on the property. From the 3 quotes that I got that were local in my area, Walsh Roofing not only provided me with the most information, they also gave the best options and packages to choose from. I had an architectural shingle brand in mind that other companies did not carry. Walsh offers 6 kinds. Their prices were very competitive and come with better warranties. The workers are all employees as well - no sub-contractors. Communication was excellent with Trey and his companion. It took only a day for my 1800SF home and workers also cleaned up pretty well. Walsh Roofing was fantastic. I was in the market for a routine roof replacement. They did a great job explaining the options so I could choose the package that best met my needs. I appreciated that they were flexible to a special request I had. As for the job, it was a one-day job and it was great. The roof looks great and they left the property cleaner than I had expected.

The guys arrived at 7am but it was still dark, they waited until it daylight started to break and they were up on the roof. They had the whole job done by the end of the day. The job included replacing rotting facia boards. They did an awesome job and I would recommend them to anyone who needs a roof replacement.

They finished the job in a day and a half on a 2000 sf house. They found several areas on the roof that required replacing sections of plywood and replaced sections of facia.

Unlike the company that did my neighbor's house, this crew made the effort to protect my lawn and sprinkler system by shuffling the waste trailer out of the way and pulling the crane onto my driveway and then putting the trailer back after everything was on the roof instead of cramming all equipment in on my lawn. When Walsh was done cleaning up, the lawn was undisturbed. Had a few dents in the gutters that were quickly and properly repaired. I am satisfied.

Very well coordinated from start to finish. Large crew finished 2200sf with 3car tandem garage in one day. Could not have asked for a better result. Thanks Trey.

Trey was excellent with presentation (No Pressure Sales). He explained all the options available. He made sure that the shingles selected where available and shipped to Tampa. On install day, the crew arrived on time and immediately began the work. Installed the entire roof in one day. Many on my street were surprised by the quickness of the install. Overall, excellent job. Great company to work with and I would highly recommend to others needing a roof.

good customer service

We have a very large house (52 squares) and they finished in 2 days... yes, 2 days. They did the tear off and got the house water tight in one day, including skylight replacement, soffit repair, and in one section several rafter repairs. They did a great job of keeping everything cleaned and never left the house a mess at night. The crew was exceptionally nice and informative. If there was a problem they showed me the areas, and always with a smile would tell me not to worry about it, they would fix it. Most impressive part for me, our house has cedar soffits, and without thinking twice they had cedar soffits with them ready to go and I didn’t have to ask. The sales team did their homework and knew the house without discussing it. They pay attention and make sure they know the project. They will not be the cheapest, but they are worth it. Fast, clean, professional and outstanding results.

We are thrilled with our new roof! I had gotten several companies to bid on the work, and it was clear this was a company I could trust. Previous reviews were very positive, and now I know why. The whole experience, from start to finish, was a positive one. Trey had text conversations with me at all hours of the day and answered my thousands of questions.The estimate was the final price for that work. Then the work we added (at our request... a chimney removal and shed roof) was completed for a very reasonable cost. We highly recommend this company for reliable, high quality work.
