Everything went great. I loved Trey's sales approach. Not pushy at all. I hate pushy salespeople. They were also the best price out of 3 quotes but that's not why we chose them. Very thorough in letting us know what to expect and why they do what they do when replacing a roof. Great job.

Excellent operation from start to finish. Their crew did a terrific job on installing my new roof from start to cleanup. Justin their rep answered all questions put to him and followed up on the performance of his crew. Communication was always first rate,they were on the job when they said they would be and completed it on time.

We were very impressed with the process from start to finish and the professionalism of all involved. Zach was our point of contact and was very accessible. The crew run by Miguel that came had amazing workmanship and left the job site incredibly clean.

Great experience. Competitive pricing, good quality. Manager was responsive to all queries. The onsite team was respectful of our property and they dealt with each "surprise" as it came up...as the old underlayment was removed. I would highly recommend Walsh.

I loved the service. The removal and installation was great. I'm still finding roofing nails in my yard. Here's my beef with this company. I was given a description of the materials that were used for the installation of the roof. Maybe no one caught onto what Walsh does after the installation. Package B 10 yr Workmanship, 5 yr leak guarantee, 10-decking/30lf fascia (boards), hot dipped nails, modified cement, weather peel and stick underlayment, galvanized eave drip, rubber bullet boots for plumbing/exhaust penetration, metal ridge vents, weather armor peel and stick for all valleys, hip and ridge shingles, modified bitumen, and IKO Dynasty (shingles) $16,800 What I want to draw attention is the 10 boards. After the job was completed, the boards were taken away. I inquired about the remaining boards. Walsh's policy doesn't allow the customer to keep the remaining boards. According to the material description, I paid for ten boards. I watched and counted how many boards were used during the installation. Matter of fact, I was called confused by my salesman. Yes, he did apology for offending me. When the store manager realized I wasn't happy with the outcome. She wanted to give me a couple hundred dollars off. I didn't accept it. I did inform the manager about writing a review. If I had accepted the discount, It felt like she was trying to prevent me from telling my story. I did look through all the paperwork Walsh provides about the company. I didn't find one page about taking the remaining boards. As I stated, I maybe the first customer to pay attention to this practice. If I'm paying $16,800 for something, I expect to get everything listed in the description. If there are leftovers, I expecting the leftovers to be given to me.

No nonsense! Great value for the money, and the job was completed in 2 days. Everyone was helpful, and it looks great!

Let me start out by saying I did my research and read reviews for various roofing companies. Walsh Roofing had the best reviews, so I decided to go with them, and I am so happy that I did! Everyone I dealt with was professional from start to finish! Zach came to my home and gave me two different option packages and various shingle colors to choose from. He even spent time with me via a phone call after business hours to help pick out what we felt would go best with the color scheme of my home. He explained the entire process and it played out exactly as he explained it. The first package price was comparable to other companies, but I decided to go with the higher price package with better quality materials and warranty. (Various roofing packages was not offered by other companies) I was told they would have my roof done in one day and they did! I was shocked at how quickly yet professional the roof was done, and it was completed by the date promised! They tarped off all areas. Totally cleaned up everything and it was hauled away the very next day. Even my neighbor across the street was so impressed with how quick the roof was done and how beautiful it looks! She even wanted to know who done it as she is looking to get her roof replaced within the next few months. I highly recommend Walsh Roofing. My experience with them was beyond expectations and an extremely positive one! Thank you to Zach and Walsh Roofing for such a fantastic job and wonderful experience! You will not find a better and honest roofing company!

They have not done the work on the roof as of yet, because they’re attorney is still battling our home owners insurance company to get the job actually started. Which has been over a year now, they have reassured us numerous times that they WILL win and they will get the job done for us, and I have no doubt that they will get the job done. I have confidence in them, they have been good to us thus far all the while knowing that if they loose they get no money from us - per them. Yes they told us that from the beginning that if they do not win, then we owe them nothing, like for coming out here and putting the tarp on and replacing the tarp after each bad storm that blew it off, they would put up a new one, knowing it cost them money doing it, taking money from them and putting nothing in their pockets, basically putting them in the negative, so yes I trust them. I also believe they will win this case. And I should know more tomorrow because the roofers and insurance company are coming out here tomorrow

From the salesman to the cleanup man, everyone was courteous and professional. All of my questions were answered patiently, clearly and completely. The work was performed in one day and the dumpster removed the next morning. The roof looks fantastic. I would recommend the company to anyone.
