Two gentlemen came to the house. They called an hour before they arrived and were right on time. Both men were very courteous and answered all my questions. They cleaned and checked the door track, vacuumed the loose dirt, and replaced the rollers which were full of dog hair and virtually useless. It didn't take them more than half an hour or so to complete the work and the doors work like new. They explained the importance of maintaining the door track and wheels and assured us that they would come back if needed.
I thought they did a wonderful job and have already given out two of your business cards to friends who said they needed someone reliable to do the same for their doors. All in all it was a very positive experience.
