The gentlemen that arrived were very friendly and professional. The job only took about 25 minutes but definitely needed to be done. The price is steep but overall I would have them do it again because of how quickly and professionally it was done. They also kindly replaced a screw on the sliding door handle that had become loose.

Kyle and Or were fantastic! The house was built in 1995 and poorly maintained. The first sliding door was so bad you had to yank it open or closed, it wouldn't lock, and the handle had broken off from all the force exerted on it. It works so well after Kyle and Or repaired it (glides with practically one finger) that I asked them to stay and do 5 more doors. The men were right on time, careful with the doors and they cleaned up the old parts perfectly. Michelle in the office was very patient, professional and thorough in explaining things and I highly recommend this company. Yes, they get a super service vote from me and I see why they have such a great reputation!

Did an excellent job. Had my 4 huge sliding door section rolling smooth as new. I actually had the doors serviced a few years earlier and the former company stated that the last door would not slide all the way open without major replacements and repairs. This company fixed all issues within the agreed price and scope. Thumbs up.

Top notch Service...service performed the same day when I called , 1 hr later Wade and John arrived...I could barely move these doors, original from 1972...upon completion doors glide very smoothly and new locks were installed which are far better than old ones... I can’t say enough good things about this company...

One could not ask for more professional and thorough work. They even made a second trip at my request and did not charge me anything. They could have charged me for the trip and time, as many do.They did not. It is rare to find such customer service. They are expert and more than fair in price. The sections they did fix work perfectly. I recommend them highly.

I e-mailed a request for quote for repairs after visiting their booth at the home show 11/3. Received a call the next business day and they came right out! The door was removed and rollers and vinyl handle were replaced. The door is so much easier to open and close. We are very pleased with the repairs and excellent customer focus.

Awesome! I wish every company was like this! There were 2 guys that came out - one was Austin and the other I forgot his name (sorry!) but they were excellent! I called around 10:10am and they called back within an hour and they were here about an hour after that. From phone call to completion was about 2.5 hrs. Once they arrived they looked at the doors and explained if I didn't use the 2nd slider door much then it would be cheaper to just do the one main slider. The second slider slid a bit rough but was still usable and they explained why I didn't need to replace them and gave me the option. The 2nd door is rarely used to open all the way and with a salt water pool the rollers would end up rusting again and I'd be paying for rollers that aren't normally used. I decided to just replace the one slider rollers and handle.

Great! The company scheduled the work within a week of my calling them. Two technicians arrived on time and spent about two hours working the job. The sliding glass doors were originally installed when the house was built in 1988 and the doors showed wear and tear that presented a challenge in getting the doors to square up with the door frames. Abraham, the president of the company, came over and helped the technicians on the job. They did a wonderful job and I could not be happier with the work.

They looked at 5 sets of sliders and told us that the one we brought them out for was the only one that needed rollers replaced. They popped the door out, replaced rollers putting in a 2nd set due to the weight of the door and desire for durability. They also fixed an issue with our door handle (wrong length screws) for us at no extra charge. The fix made a huge difference and they didn't try to get more work by doing unnecessary things. I will bring them back any time we need this type of work done.

The company was terrific from the start. I received an accurate quote with the receptionist. They bent over backwards to meet MY schedule. When the work was done, they were professional, courteous, and clean! They had the work done with an hour and made sure I was satisfied before they left. I called and received an appointment the same day. The repairmen arrived on time and were very friendly. They checked all of our sliding doors to ensure they were working properly and secure. They recommended we have the lock replaced on one of the doors. The price was fair and the work was completely within a few minutes. I would definitely use Sliding Door Roller Replacement again.

They called 3 hours before their estimated arrival time and asked if they could come over early to do the repair. That was fine with me so they arrived within 15 minutes and did the replacement. They obviously knew what they were doing and in a short time, they had both panels off and were cleaning the track. It wasn't long before they had the new rollers installed and the panels back in. The difference was impressive and like having a brand new door. They also wiped down the door and did a complete clean up. I would hire again.

A bit pricey, but well done and very prompt. $250 to replace the wheels and steel track. They warranty their work for one year.
