They were punctual, called to let me know they were on the way and got right to work. They were very knowledgeable and performed the work very quickly. I am satisfied with the job and if I need them again, I wouldn't hesitate to use them. The price was also fair.

Installers were very professional and on time. Called ahead and gave an estimate. Did work quickly and explained pricing ahead of time.

Two gentlemen came to the house. They called an hour before they arrived and were right on time. Both men were very courteous and answered all my questions. They cleaned and checked the door track, vacuumed the loose dirt, and replaced the rollers which were full of dog hair and virtually useless. It didn't take them more than half an hour or so to complete the work and the doors work like new. They explained the importance of maintaining the door track and wheels and assured us that they would come back if needed. I thought they did a wonderful job and have already given out two of your business cards to friends who said they needed someone reliable to do the same for their doors. All in all it was a very positive experience.

John and his brother showed up as promised (I had called that morning). They walked me through the cost of the probable repair and any possible problems or extras, which was great. They took the doors off and within 30 minutes it was like they were brand new! I had been fighting with the door for years and suddenly the bane of my existence was gone! John explained what to do in the future to maintain the functionality of the sliders and the tracks which I probably won't follow because if there is another problem, I'm calling him again to take care of it! They are incredible.

John was on time and explained what he was going to do. He was extremely courteous and professional. The sliding glass doors were like new when the job was finished. He cleaned up the area when job was completed.

They did a very thorough investigation of the problem and recommended new rollers and repairing the bottom slider. Work was perfectly executed.

When the appointment was made they explained the pricing, what they did and didn't do which was refreshingly candid. They also met my request for a specific day and time. When the day arrived, John called 20 minutes before arriving and arrived at the time requested. Just awesome! He introduced himself and immediately went through the review of the doors, condition and requirements. Within an hour and 1/2 he and Visili put the doors in absolutely pristine condition. Not a moment was wasted and, as the results proved, they knew what they were doing. Both John and Visili were friendly and very professional. Great people and did their company a great service.

I received a call from the company on the same day of my original e-mail to them. They came out the next day and were prepared to complete the work. I had hoped they would be able to work on two of my sliding glass doors, but since one of them was a Pella brand vinyl door, they informed me that that mechanism is different from the metal types of my other doors and they would not be able to repair the door. That door is only a little stiff, and still does roll fairly easily, just not as freely as I would like. They did apply a specialty lubricant to that door, which actually improved it's performance, and did not charge me for that service. The door they did work on was in the master bedroom. Before repair, it took some effort to open the door from outside, due to it not having an external handle. They disassembled the door, exposing the roller mechanisms, and showed me the old single rollers on both sides. I was then shown the new, larger double rollers to be installed, which have stainless steel ball bearings.(Very good feature, due to the moisture they will be exposed to). After installation, the door now rolls like new! I am very satisfied with the results. The team obviously knew what they were doing. One thing I would suggest... At the conclusion of the service, Instead of having the customer fill in information on an invoice which the company already has, (Name, address, phone number) , Prefilling that information by office personnel, or even the technician, seems more appropriate, and has been my experience with other service providers. A simple signature will still confirm the service was performed. It may be a small thing, but, IMHO would make a good service great!

Michelle was very helpful on the initial call explaining what they were going to do and the cost of the service. She scheduled the appointment with-in a three hour window a couple days out explaining there were two appointments ahead of us and said she would call an hour prior to their arrival which she did indeed. Abraham showed up at the appropriate time and introduced himself and proceeded to explain exactly what he was going to do and what the cost would be which was exactly what Michelle had said. He was very professional and and courteous replacing the rollers on the outside slider and cleaning the rails. I would definitely call them again and recommend them to anyone. Thanks Abraham.

Arrived, introduced themselves, Abraham and John. Curtious, explained in detail what they were going to do, told me the price which was the same as I was quoted on phone. Professional, knowledgable in their craft, informative in a way I could understand. Please make sure you have bottled cold water for the gentlemen, it was hot and they appreciated it.

This is the second time I have used this company. They are extremely efficient, fair priced and clean. I was able to get service the same day I called and the office kept me informed about their arrival time. When they left my sliders looked new.

Abraham and his coworker were awesome. They replaced the wheels in my door with large new wheels. Also put in a dead bolt lock on the door for added security. They arrived early. And didn't take them long to complete the work. I will definitely have him come back.

Abraham and his colleague showed up on time (a big plus in itself), explained what they were going to do, showed me the replacement rollers and how they would function better than the old ones, and performed their service quickly, cleanly, and professionally. Also explained how we could maintain the new ones ourselves once they were installed. The before and after difference in the door's performance was amazing. Great job and great folks. We had a sliding glass door that was increasingly hard to open. Sliding Door Roller Replacement came out and replaced the rollers in the door and cleaned the track. I was very impressed with the result. The door can be opened now with a single finger and very little effort. The work was done quickly and they did a great job of telling me how to keep it working properly in the future. As I have several doors on our patio, I will definitely contact them again when needed.

I went great. They quickly repaired one of my doors where the railing had gotten so bad, we did not,use the door anymore, Our other door was starting to sound terrible, and they fixed the rollers on that door. They did a great job, and now our doors are almost ridiculous to open and close. If you have sliders that sound horrible call these folks. You will not regret it.

Great! I can open that door with two fingers and it's so quiet! The door used to rattle and shake and made a lot of noise and was just difficult. They were a little late, but we had received a notification call from the office.
