"[member name removed], I am very sorry to see that you are so up set with my company. Some times to maximize our time we do quote jobs first by getting the measurements that the homeowner provides us. This way you can get a quote right away and see if it's competative to others you might have gotten. If it's competative then we could have set up a time to come meet and finalize the contract. According to my records you mentioned that you were getting another quote before we would be able to come meet and that you said it would be fine to call us back with the measurements so we could get you a quick quote. We never heard back and we did follow up one time to see if you had the measurements. Don't get me wrong we always would like to meet with homeowners before just quoting over the phone but sometimes it works out better to do so. Either way I am sorry we never got to meet up and get you a quote but I also do not feel it was fair to write this F review about my company on service that was never done. I was very pleased with the process. Scott gave me an estimate the same day I called and then ordered the parts and installed the fence within an appropriate time. The install was done quickly and I am pleased with the work that was completed. My dog isn't quite as happy as I am, but he'll get over it. I would definitely call New Tampa Fence again with any fencing needs that I have.

I was a little disappointed that the fence didn't go back as far as we had originally hoped, but in the end it has worked out just fine. They did it fast and it was well done. I would definitely recommend them.

Scott personally installed around 37 feet of white PVC fence and a 5 feet wide gate to add to my existing fence. He removed an existing gate and posts, and had to rout out new holes on an existing post so he could add the new fence. He made perfect cuts and since there were old holes where he removed the former gate, he cut out PVC and glued it to the existing post to cover the holes. He also had to use tapcons to install the last post up against our house, since there were cable lines and irrigation running along the foundation. Scott is clean cut, professional, and was responsive from the beginning for the quote appointment. He arrived today at 9:00 and was finished by no later than 2:00. He did an excellent job with no helpers. Scott is the owner of New Tampa Fence, so I was sure he would have great interest in doing a good job. My wife and I were happy we made the right decision to hire New Tampa Fence and glad to help out small business.
