To sum up our experience in one word, I will use the word excellent, we have only praise for the craftsmen from Morgan Exteriors. Dennis and Greg were our window installers, they are an impressive team. Their methods of removing old windows and installing the new ones made the process look easy, smooth and practically effortless. They worked continually, while Dennis worked outside, Greg was inside the house either finishing up the installation or prepping for the next window. They both were cheerful, polite, patient with my many questions, and professional in their approach to the job. They were obsessively tidy, the areas inside and outside the house were totally cleaned after each window was completed. After Dennis and Greg left, Danny the stucco man and his son arrived. The second story of our house is frame which requires that the stucco be removed around the window frame to properly install the windows. It was Danny and his son's job to repair that stucco to match our existing stucco. They did a superb job, the perimeter of each window has to be inspected very closely to determine that repair work was done. While working on a bumped-out  window where we had experienced previous leakage, Danny found the damage was extensive and needed repairs of a carpenter. Kirk Morgan also came out to inspect the damage, he was confident his carpenter, also named Danny, would be able to fix the problem. Danny arrived along with his brother, assessed the damage, gave us the best case and worst case scenarios and assured us they could fix it. It was a scary situation for us because the worst case scenario involved jacks inside and outside the house, but Danny the carpenter and his brother were able to repair the damage using the best case scenario. As he worked, Danny used his problem solving skills to replace all the rotten wood so that the bumped-out window  was better than new. Kirk and both Dannys were certain the damage was due to improper roofing techniques, so Kirk sent a roofer who fixed the problem by diverting the run-off from the roof away from the window. He did that one Saturday morning. We were then back on track so Danny the stucco man could finish his stucco magic. Besides stuccoing the window frames, he also re-stuccoed an area that had been worked on during a previous renovation. Danny and his son were able to blend the stucco and imitate the original pattern so that the area blends in much better now. Danny's last major project was reconfiguring the stucco around the front bay windows. He had spent hours thinking and measuring and trying to determine how to make the windows look beautiful, he succeeded, they do indeed look grand. After Danny finished, David the painter arrived to pressure wash and paint our house. When he finished, the house sparkled with the the fresh paint, the reconfigured bay windows and the rest of the fantastic insulated windows not only look spectacular, but also reduce noise from outside and do not allow heat into the house. The appearance of our house from both the outside and inside is  more stylish, striking and updated.  Every Morgan Exterior person who worked on this project was professional, treated us with respect, put forth their best efforts, calmed any fears we expressed, and made us feel like our house was the most important project they had ever worked on. Kirk Morgan responded to our every call, he stopped by several times to inspect the work, he was completely up front with the the expenses of the extra, unexpected repair work; he is a true gentleman.  Keith Morgan helped us over the phone with scheduling, and Gloria in the office painstakingly completed a form from our power company to help us obtain a rebate.  Everyone at Morgan Exteriors was always willing to put forth extra effort  on our behalf and treated our every request with thoughtfulness and concentration.  

I didn't use them this time but I have used them years and years ago.

We basically liked the fact that they had in-house installers. The installers were prompt and efficient. The windows work fine and we had had no problems.

This is a little belated but I felt it is worth sharing with anyone that may be considering a remodel or work repair on your home.

I received a services guide for Hillsborough County, FL with companies with high ratings by their customers. This company was listed and I called  this company and they promptly set up an appointment. After meeting with the salesman, Chris Jackson we contracted Morgan Exteriors to perform a remodel on our home. Mr. Jackson was a very patient man that took the time to explain the process as well as going through the many books of samples, colors, etc. It took the better part of an evening, on a Saturday. We are grateful and appreciative of his patience. All the work was listed on a work order  and given to us before the work was completed. It was upfront and no hidden charges.

 I was onsite when all the work was being done. The window guys were very particular with setting the windows and outside doors  to ensure they were set level. Equally so were the painting and soffit and fascia/gutter guys. They were all personable and I never one minute felt that they were not competent. These men are masters and they enjoy doing the work and the pride shows.  They are master craftsmen. 

All debri was removed when each team completed their jobs. This was done daily.  Everything was neat and efficient.

They were on the job site when promised. That matters in my book.

Mr. Morgan came to introduce himself and explained if there were any questions or concerns do not hesitate to let him know. We liked his hands on approach and that made us feel he very much cared about his reputation and the work.

In my opinion, if you are interested in quality vs. quantity work, then there should be no reservation in contacting Morgan Exteriors. Their work is top notch all the way, no complaints or concerns. I have received many positive comments about the work and the transformation. It was a very good experience that I would repeat again without any hesitation.    We are proud to display and recommend your company to anyone.

Our salesman Jason was wonderful. He listened carefully as we discussed our needs and the type of windows we were considering and made all the right suggestions. We didn't feel in the least bit pressured.

The window installers Dennis and Greg did an awesome job installing the windows and sliding glass door. They were protective of our carpets, using shoe covers when inside. Dennis is an incredible craftsman and had years of experience. He did a beautiful job completing some custom framing work around our kitchen window and sliding glass door.

Andy completed the block and stucco work in one day and artistically worked to make the stucco blend well with the existing sprayed on painted stucco finish. You can't notice any difference in the finished stucco from the original wall.

The drywall portion and timing of our project was the only portion that caused some concern. The worker doing the drywall was very courteous and tried hard to complete the job to our satisfaction but fell somewhat short of the quality completed by all of the other workers. The owner's son, Keith called us about our concern as soon as he heard about it... and we commend him and the company for every effort. Despite this part of the project, we feel an "A" grade is still appropriate for our response to "Quality" in the OVERALL experience.

Initially... we were advised the project would take about five days. The project did take longer than first indicated. Partly because we were going away on a preplanned trip for two of the workdays right after the project began and lastly because of the extended time to schedule and complete the drywall work. The job started on March 22, 2011 and was completed on April 9, 2011.

Morgan Exterior's receives high marks for professionalism, courteous service and quality products. We feel blessed to have found this company to work with and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or use them again in future projects.

Repair did happen. They did not feel qualified to do the repair

I found the workmen to be very diligent and knowledgeable.  They were not idlers....they showed up to do the job each day.
After the work was completed,  I was assured that if a problems related to the job were to arise in the future that they would respond immediately, and I have no reason to believe otherwise.    I have had many compliments on my newly restored home, and I am very pleased with the results.

 subscribed to angies picked the six closest contractors.  did our research. had one estimate, did more research, had five more estimatess wife called with more questions, you should pity the later sales guys my wife was all over them with quality questions, picked morgan.  wife called them with more questions. signed contracts, made a down payment, wife called them with more questions and changed the order. they came and did the install, minimal hassle. 

Morgan Exteriors was the second contractor I contacted for a quote on replacing my 40+ year old aluminum windows.  They called to make an appointment very quickly.  Chris showed on time and was extremely knowledgeable and patient as we had a lot of questions and concerns.  He measured inside and then went outside to assess their condition further.  He noticed that we had 2 window sills that needed replacing, one of which was very bad.  His first quote was far outside of my budgeted amount so we discussed the situation, made some changes and he gave us a different figure.  We did some more haggling and my husband and I withdrew to discuss his final price.  We decided to have Morgan Exteriors do the work for us even though it was a little outside my budget because Chris noticed that we needed new sills and told us the benefits of fixing them while the windows were out.  The other contractor did not mention them.  Within a week, we received a call that someone was coming out to re-measure the windows to make sure the correct sizes were ordered.  He appeared at his stated time, measured the windows and told us it would be about 3 weeks before they came in.  We were called on Friday, June 10 and told they would be installing our windows on June 14 and that they would be here at 8:30 in the morning.  They also were on time!  There were 2 gentlemen doing the window replacement and 1 gentleman taking care of the window sills.  They put down drop cloths inside and out.  When they were done, every bit of mess was gone including the concrete they had to remove from the 2 sills.  They arrived at 8:30 and were finished and leaving by 2:00 and the only thing different was the color of the windows and the 2 new silsl.  The stucco man came on Thursday of the same week and made the front sill look like the stucco brick that is on the front of my house.  We received our quote from Chris on May 17, 2011 and were enjoying our new windows on June 14, 2011.  THEY ARE AWESOME!! . . . my new windows and Morgan Exteriors.

Everything went well, the workers were really nice and courteous. They got the job done when they said it would. We had no problems. The price was a little higher than we thought, but when the job was done we were glad we had used them.

I found Morgan Exteriors through Angie's List, called, and made an appointment for an estimate to replace a side, service door for my garage. Jason showed up on time, and looked at the door needing replacement. He gave me an exact estimate for the entire job, and also explained why they use fiberglass doors instead of wood or steel doors. Jason was professional and courteous, and the quote was reasonable, but beyond my current budget. Jason said the cost of the overall job would be less if Morgan Exteriors used cheaper materials, but they would not be confident in my overall satisfaction if that was the case. I would not hesitate to call them again, and was pleased with the information Jason shared with me.

So they referred me to someone else, who referred me again to someone else, but finally I was able to find someone who could do the work. He was helpful and prompt on getting back to me.

I called and requested someone to come out to give me a Quote / Estimate and they called me back and scheduled an appointment IN A TIMELY MANNOR. I was given an appointment that MET MY WORK SCHEDULE / AFTER WORK. Chris Jackson showed up to my house ON TIME and FULLY PREPARED. I was asked to let me be shown all the options available even though I thought I had made a decision and I was grateful for I did want something that was shown to me. Chris Jackson was VERY THOROUGH and VERY POLITE and stayed very late to be sure I was very happy with my decision. He did not want me to rush. Chris had a computer to show me all cost and made me comfortable like there were no hidden costs. NOTE: I HAD NOT SAID I WAS PURCHASING, JUST REQUESTING A QUOTE. I then asked for some personal time to think for about 15 - 30 minutes and Chris patiently waited. I THEN DECIDED TO PURCHASE! I requested 3 WINDOWS and GUTTERS for I had 3 quotes and all were about the same but Chris provided so much information about his company IN DETAIL with PROOF of all information I wanted and normally would request. Licenses, Insurance, Letters of Recommendation and MUCH MORE. Chris presented this without question. WINDOWS - The windows were installed as scheduled and from measuring to finish Morgan Exteriors staff called to verify all information. The installation was VERY NEAT and VERY SMOOTH for my house is very old. They recycled all my trim so it would match in the home and I didn't even notice until they asked me to inspect. They allowed me to MICRO WATCH THEM all day during the installation with no complaints. I then needed to have the window inspected by the city and I found a screw sticking out and called them to ask what to do and they sent someone out to REPAIR THIS ONE SCREW and asked that I do nothing. The inspection was finished. I have LOVED MY NEW WINDOWS for Chris sold me the easy cleaning windows and they are so easy to open and clean. SECURITY is NOT AN ISSUE when open or closed and I was shown this also for it was a BIG CONCERN just nice to open a window some and not worry and feel it is secure. From start to finish I had NO PROBLEMS with the window purchase. Morgan Exteriors did have a few issues BUT they took my calls and followed up and resolved them. Any company willing to send someone out for a screw that just got left half way out by accident IS ALL ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE. GUTTERS - I also got a quote for gutters and this was not something I wanted to spend money on at all. Chris was once again VERY THOROUGH with his demonstration. He showed me many versions I could hold and see. I got to consider many options and Chris was great about helping me keep in budget and at no time did I feel like he was not interested even if I had decided not to purchase them. Once he showed me a computer quote right in front of me without hiding anything from me and this sold me. I did become a difficult customer at this time with my special request and Chris and his staff were OUTSTANDING and did installation per my request. I have a very old house and it is hard to get anything to look just right but Morgan Exteriors DID IT FOR ME. I was not here for this installation and found everything as I requested to every detail. I did find on section of gutter not draining fully out of the gutter and once again called Morgan Exteriors and they had someone out to my home within one week, for no rush, and it has worked GREAT since installation. NOTE: I know the cutters were called SELF CLEANING but they do hold leaves BUT VERY EASY TO CLEAN. I had old gutters and they required me cleaning by had. These take a blower or hose. VERY NICE. So that is due to my HUGE LIVE OAK and not the gutters to be clear. I HAVE ALOT OF LEAVES AND JUNK. Not one clog on the down spouts since installation. VERY NICE! I know this write up is very old but I waited to do this until I had COMPLETELY FELT FINISHED and this included everything. QUOTE = OUTSTANDING INSTALLATION = OUTSTANDING ADJUSTMENTS = OUTSTANDING TAX CREDIT INFO = OUTSTANDING ( I had to request some information but supplied within 24 hours.) FOLLOW UP = OUTSTANDING ( I was requested to fill out HOW DID WE DO LETTERS.) NOTE: I am a very disgruntled homeowner when it comes to contractors. I have had some bad ones and will report on them but I feel if you complain you should compliment and this is why I am taking the time to write all of this. I AM ABOUT TO PURCHASE MORE WINDOWS FROM MORGAN EXTERIORS ALSO!

The windows themselves are beautiful. They were pleasant and prompt. They cleaned up after themselves. It was just wonderful in every way. It was efficient work. They took care of everything as if I were a relative. I have already given their card to others because thats how highly I feel about their work.

We called Morgan Exteriors about four months ago to give us an estimate when our roof was leaking. The representative came out but could not give an estimate because he did not have a ladder. He said he would call to reschedule. He never did. Called them again about three weeks ago and they said they would have someone call to schedule an appointment. After about 10 days without a call, we called back. The woman answering the phone said they must have misplaced the message and she would have someone get back to us. Nearly three weeks later we still have not received a call.

It?s the most fantastic company I have ever worked with. I am like their best cheerleader. I have told everybody in my neighborhood here, which is like 700 homes about them. They did absolutely fantastic work. They showed up when they said they were going to be here. They did everything in like three to four days. They did it really fast. They were very quick. Morgan Exteriors is the best company I have come across so far. I spent about $500 for two windows. I then had them come back and that was about $1000. The total then came up to about $2000. They were great about the roof and the siding. They also found that my house was glued together with parts once they pulled my old siding. I would use their services in the future too.

I contacted Morgan Exteriors to obtain an estimate for replacing my existing sliding glass doors with French doors leading to my back patio. Company sales representative, Chris Jackson, arrived promptly at the arranged appointment time. He was most pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. He walked me through the entire process of removal and replacement. His brochures allowed me to view several options. His estimate was fair and he advised me of the tax credit that would apply to each of my options. I was very comfortable and confident with everthing he presented and signed a contract that day. Once the doors arrived, I was contacted and the installation date was scheduled for a Monday. On the Thursday prior to that day, I was contacted with the installation guy (Matt) who wanted to confirm the Monday date and to advise he and a partner would be arriving about 8:00 AM. That confirmation call was great. They arrived on time and quickly got to work. The job was completed in about 4 hours, including cleanup. I was so impressed with both gentlemen. They were so professional, skilled and respectful. They did an awesome job and I have received countless compliments on the workmanship and beauty of the doors. If I ever need or desire to replace my windows, I will definitely call them.

Everything went great with them. My house is so much warmer. They were very professional and friendly. I haven't found anything wrong with my house. i would recommend them to anyone.

Morgan Exteriors was recommended to us by a friend, and the reports in Angie's List confirmed their quality of work. Kirk Morgan spent a lot of time at our home helping us decide on the options available to us. Work began when promised, and continued until the job was complete. All work was performed within the time promised, The workers from Morgan Exteriors were very professional, communicated very well, and did a thorough job cleaning up when finished. The work was excellent. After the work was complete, Kirk went over the work at our home, and sent his men over immediately to finish a few minor items that we discovered. We will certainly call Morgan Exteriors for our future home projects.

From the first contact with Kief Rosa, the salesman who called on us , to Gloria in the Office , conversations with Keith Morgan, to meeting Kirk Morgan who came by and did the final measurements of the the window spaces to the installers, Dennis and Greg who installed them; all was a very nice experience. Our questions were answered to our satisfaction and we were treated as valued customers even though this was our first experience with them.. They operate and understand service to the customer and we recommend them without reservation .

I didn't find Morgan on Angie's List...they had worked in our neighborhood and had left flyers so we knew of them. However, I did look at Angie's List when we decided to start the window process and found them to have excellent reviews. We had 4 estimates and I have to say all were very professional so we had a difficult decision. In the end we chose Morgan due to several factors. They had done a number of homes in our neighborhood and the homeowners were satisfied. They were not very far away if there was a problem. Their price was fair and we felt they would have good installation which is the key factor with replacement windows. We signed with salesperson Jason (very good, professional and not pushy), and Mr. Morgan came out to measure a few days later. The installation was about 3 weeks later. We had installers Dennis and Greg who were delightful.....and very hard workers. It took about 1-1/2 days to complete the 20 windows. They did one window at a time (big plus) and everything was complete on that window before they moved on. There was one little problem with a piece of T111 becoming disconnected and they came back right away to fix. The entire window process from start to finish was painless. We were a little apprehensive because one of our neighbors got new windows from a competitor and, in my opinion, were not very professional. The windows were all removed at once and then they started putting in the new ones. My husband talked to one of those installers and he said he was just helping out (he had another job) and that the other installers weren't as good. Wow, if that didn't scare us! We didn't even call that company for an estimate. Installation is key and Morgan did a great job. Do your homework and get several estimates....the more you talk to the window companies the more you learn and then you can make an informed decision.
