We would consider it to be customer service for ourselves to arrange that a manufacturer representative accompany us to your home to cover the issues with the product sent to us by them. In an email, you write that the kitchen looks great but there are issues with scratches and dents etc. A detailed overview was performed and replacement product was ordered. We informed you of the eta and kept in touch with you. Again, a show of customer service AND Morgan Exteriors making it right. The product is due early in Nov and we will have all we need to replace the product. It was explained to you that if you were to forego the financing originally established for you, there would be some form of payment to us required, per our contract. We presented fair options in this regard, all in writing. This is where things went awry and unfair demands for a significant discount ensued. Although we may not see eye to eye on everything please rest assured we are going to see your project through to your satisfaction. Occasionally we experience bumps in the road with the various manufacturers we purchase products from. It is documented in a few places in our database that we addressed your concerns and cleaned things up, on more than one occasion. The In Progress and Final Building inspections passed with Hillsborough County on 3/13/2020 and 4/15/2020. If there was anything fundamentally wrong with the project this would not have occurred. This is a note from our Production Manager just before the final Building inspection- “John doing a walkthrough Thursday and she is working on taking the review down, got very frustrated with just many things going and feels bad and is taking the review down” Here is a note from him again, just after the Final Building inspection “Job is complete, she is very nice and likes us just not the painter so much.
