They responded within a couple of hours. Plumber was professional and did a great job. Garbage disposal was leaking and he had to replace it . He even wore shoe covers into the house without being asked! I would recommend them to anyone.

Initially they did OK on the outside but it was rough on the inside so I was disappointed as a 2nd crew had to completely take it out and reinstall the unit. From the receptionist to the management team, communication was terrible with this company such as issue with a filter. Overall, they made it right and apologized for the issues.

Jeff J. came out on 4/27 to install a new Bryant HVAC system. He worked all day without taking a break and did an excellent job. He took away the old a/c system and furnace and cleaned up everything. We expect to save money on our energy bills since this new system is energy efficient. Jeff and Nick were amazed that our old Carrier a/c system lasted so long. They said that we must have taken very good care of it (and we did). We will continue to have Ierna's maintain and service our system.

The technician that was sent out, Clint, was quick in determining the issue. He was patient and explained what happened with the A/C, as to why it wouldn't cool the house even though it was turning on. He even provided some tips on keeping the vents in a good state. I would definitely hire IERNA again.
