The guy came inspected the AC unit and the unit is still running fine.

We used Ierna for installing a new A/C at our old house and that was such a good experience that we have always called them since. We were not disappointed this time either. They are just always so professional.

I've been in my current home since 1999 and I wish I had discovered Ierna before 2012. It would have saved me more than a decade of headaches. The new units they installed in late 2012 have been terrific and they've handled all yearly maintenance at a reasonable price. Their office/scheduling staff is tremendous. There's a reason these folks have hundreds of positive recommendations here. They're the best at what they do.

Upon returning from our vacation, we noticed the AC did not work in one part of the house. We found Ierna on Angie's List, gave them a call, AND THEY CAME OUT THE SAME DAY!!! It turns out that ants had invaded the outside unit, requiring a cleaning and a new part. The serviceman noted that the part as covered by our warranty, and handled the necessary paperwork for that. I am very pleased with the speed, competence, and professionalism of this company and will use them again.

Made appointmnet thru angie's list coupon. Was called quickly after coupon was bought. This ac tune up was for a house rental.They contacted tenant and made arrangements. I was not present when technican was carrying out service, but my tenant was satisfied with the service. The service was done without any sell up service pressure.I was satisfied I could handle everything by phone. I only gave them a B for quality only because I wasn't there to witness the job. I would consider them again if I need service..

Great! Didn't try to "upsell" us just provided a card if we actually did need a future service.

I did not use them. They gave me a quote that was more than I could afford. I called them and asked them to come out and they said, "We'll do that for free." Then, they said that it would cost money, just to get a diagnostic. They were on time for the most part. They didn't take too much time.

John, a former Marine, and Brandt, the apprentice, showed up on time and was done before they projected the entire project would take and their work was excellent. They walked us through what the job would entail and asked us if we had any questions. What questions we had they were able to answer. So they went about their work as we did too. They worked great as a team replacing the inside unit and then the compressor. They showed great attention to detail and adjusted, as much as possible, the installation when we made comments. As they got closer to finishing they again asked us if we had any questions or if something wasn't to our liking. Great customer service! When they finished up they cleaned up their work area both inside and outside and then walked us through the work they'd done. Overall their professionalism and customer service was excellent. It was a job well done and I would highly recommend Ierna to anyone looking to replace/purchase an AC unit.

They were so professional and polite. Explained what went wrong. I asked him if he could inspect my unit and clean the air ducts and he did it for me. Everyone was very nice including the office staff. I would recommend this company.

Received a phone call first thing in the morning as to a time frame, then received a call from the technician telling me he was at a location picking up the parts and he would be at my home in a half hour or so. They were at my home from about 11:30 a.m. to almost 7:30 pm (took a break for lunch). Very professional job, neat and everything cleaned up. Omar was wonderful in explaining unit and very responsive with any questions I had. There were three technicians, Omar, Jensen & PJ and all three were gentlemen and knew what they were talking about. I've had Ierna for a few years for a maintenance contract and I like how they work.

Victor came out and priced out a repair. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I asked him how much a new system would cost and eventually decided to go with the new system. He scheduled me for the next morning for a crew to do the install. Jorge, Wilmer and P.J. showed up on time and did a tremendous job. They were very polite and helpful. The install went very smooth, and I was very happy. Would definitely recommend Ierna's to anyone looking for Heating and Cooling services.

Showed up on time did work. They pointed out a few items on my unit that need repair.

Overly priced for the work performed. Paid for the $49.00 maintenance check special and was charged an additional $130 for unclog the drain pipe.

Try to sell a complete AC Unit. I get my AC unit serviced every year just to keep it healthy. So, I scheduled an appointment with IERNA for preventive maintenance this year. When the associate arrived, I told him that the AC was not performing well during hot afternoon hours. He checked the outside unit and told me that the fan is not blowing air out of the unit as it should. He said that it is not removing the heat properly and hence, during peak hours, the AC is not functioning properly. I asked whether I should replace the fan but I was told that the AC unit is old and it is recommended that I replace the whole unit. I was given a quote to the tune of $5000. Few months down the lane, a friend recommended an AC specialist, whom I called for service. This person went outside to check the unit, put his hand over the fan and told me that the fan is running in reverse direction and hence the air is not blowing out. He then said that it was the bad capacitor. He did not even open the unit to pin point the issue. He then opened the outside unit, installed the new capacitor and viola!, the AC started working like new. He told me that my AC is good and with regular maintenance it should run for many years to come. Moral of the story is that IERNA's associate was not either knowledgeable / experienced enough or just wanted to make big bucks. I would neither use this company again nor would recommend it to anyone else.

First there was a scheduling issue and they did not come or call during the scheduled window. When he came he said I shouldn't have purchased the deal because they had a $29 special that would have been more appropriate since it is a manufactured home and he can't treat the ducts, which was part of what I paid for. Then he determined there was a leak and stated I needed a new system. I asked for the pound of Freon that is part of the deal to be added so I could have some time to find a new system. He refused to add the Freon. He did say if I buy the new system from them they will credit the coupon or let me use it on the new system later. Not what I paid for and not what I wanted. Unfortunately I had also bought a coupon for a second home as well. Not happy. UPDATED 11/5/2015 AS of today the issue has been and the refund is in process

There was a screw-up after the first call in late morning and tech did not arrive until after 6 p.m. It gets d*** hot in Central Floida mid afternoons. They may not ave effectively integrated Angie's list calls into their system, but that is a guess. Otherwise, the tech who eventually arrived examined the system and showed me the problem in the old condenser and gave me the options for dealing with it. The next day an installation team did what seems to be a flawless job.

Great very nice work attention to detail

Spencer showed up within 12 hours of our phone call. He took his time and examined the entire AC system, wrote a detailed quote and very patiently explained the options to me over the phone because I was 1300 miles away visiting family. His team came as scheduled, and installed the new unit with no extra costs or surprises. We have 2 other units and we will definitely call them again. They cleaned up after themselves VERY nicely and were very professional throughout. Spencer kept in telephone contact with me all throughout the entire process to set my mind at ease, and even followed up after to see if I was pleased. I would not hesitate to recommend their services to anyone who needs fast, HONEST, reasonable AC services.

Did what was requested, did NOT try to sell us any thing else. Job in , Job out, just as we wanted!

The unit was leaking ... he stopped the leak

From Scott coming out to quote me a new system all the way to the installation I could not be more pleased.Every step was handled in a very professional way.I even received a follow up call a few weeks later to make sure I was happy with everything they did.I will use them again in the future and would highly recommend them to any one.

Carlos was great! I plan on asking for him each time I need work done. He was so nice and helpful. He took time to explain every question I had. (I just recently moved into a new house so I was unfamiliar with the AC unit and some functions). I would highly recommend Ierna's and Carlos if you can get him.
