At first i scheduled an appointment for the technician to inspect my AC as it wasn't working Victor he was very thorough he explained everything in detailed and mentioned how there was really nothing he could do to fix the unit and I kind of knew it. I had been told two years earlier that I would be lucky if it lasted one more year I cannot complained it lasted long enough. He mentioned in the mean time what I could do to keep it ruining until I decided what I wanted to do. He also went ahead and gave an estimate with the different payment options and discounts he could offered me. He was extremely professional but yet understanding of my financial situation without me mentioning a word about it. I felt as if I was dealing with family. Two days later I was calling Victor as my AC completely stopped working he then mentioned that he could get someone here the next day toninstall the new unit and I mentioned that I would not have the down payment money until that Friday he then said that it was ok that he would collect the check and deposited on Friday. To me I felt Victor and Iernas were my angels I couldn't stopped telling people at work what a blessing and how we do have people and companies who actually care and that to me it's worth more than anything else when a company and their employees show compassion. The next day two young men showed up early in the morning Nick and Tyron with the best working attitude anyone could have they worked to install the new AC unit they worked all day in the hot steaming weather until I got home from work they had completed the job and they had the most amazing smiles as if they had been having fun they were so enthusiastic about showing me the unit and explaining everything in detail. I want to thank Iernas, Victor, Nick and Tyron my kids, pets and I now have a new cooling system and can rest assure that we have Ierna's on our side. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!

Overall it went pretty well. I've used Ierna's several times in the past and figured I'd use them again. I called around 9am on 7/25 and a tech showed up around 2pm. He figured out the issue, but did not have the part to fix it. He told me that it had to be ordered from the Trane supply warehouse and that it would arrive the next day. The next day I got a call from the tech at 10:45am as he was leaving the Trane warehouse and he said he would be there in 30 mins. He showed up on time, fixed the problem in about an hour, and the A/C was working again. My only issue with this whole scenario is that I found out the Trane warehouse is in Brandon and I'm in New Tampa. It's summer time in FL and spending a night without A/C was miserable. I find it a little disconcerting that they couldn't get the part from Brandon on Day 1 and install it later that day. I would've even ran for the part myself or paid extra to have this issue fixed same day.

Arrived 30 minutes early and checked our system to trouble shoot any potential problems.

Great service! Ierna's arrived on schedule, explained the service and put our minds at ease. Will definitely use them again.

I have two units so I purchased two. I had to call other guys a month later. They did stuff but the next guy told me it wasn't performed. My interactions with them were okay. When they left, it was fine.

Called them at 11PM on Saturday 7/09 for an emergency service. They said they had 3 technicians on staff but they were completely booked for the rest of the night. They told me they could come out on Sunday 7/10 between 12PM and 2PM - they never showed up. I never heard from them either. Terrible. Which such a big name company you would think they would at least have the decency to call, but nope. Not a word from them.

Carlos, my Tech., called ~45min in advance to verify we were still a go. Showed on time, and began right away. As an interested homeowner, I shadowed him and asked some questions. He was very knowledgeable and open to share. After checking the Air Handling Units in the garage, we moved to the Cooling units on the side of the house. He told me what readings and ranges to expect on each measurement just before he took them. That negated any concerns I had regarding what he was looking for and what might be out of specifications. Yes, he offered additional services (like a surge protector for the units) but without being pushy. I declined, but I like his style and so may do some research and revisit. What I know is that he spent nearly two hours doing all the checks, and I know he was working that entire time, as I was with him. Professional and knowledgeable. IERNA has my business, but I'm definitely asking that Carlos remain my Tech and will request him by name as well as recommend him to my fellow FishHawk-ers.

Everything was great; from scheduling the appointment, to completing the work. The company was responsive to my request for an appointment; responding to my Angie's list message in an hour. The technician that performed the work was excellent! he was courteous, professional, and above all, personable! He showed up on time, and was very patient as I was running a few minutes behind schedule. With so many companies to choose from, it is employees like him that inspires customers to have confidence in a company and to become repeat customers. I will definitely use IERNA's again!

The cost was $89 for three units. I have used them seven times.

I called the company on Saturday, June 25, 2016 @ 4:20 pm because my AC was not working , the gentleman who answered the phone told me it's going to be $90.00 for the technician to come out I said no problem and he got my phone number and told me someone will call you , I waited till 8:30 pm and no one called and when I called them back the gentleman who answered the phone said they will call me , again no one bothered to call.

It was fine. They wouldn't come out immediately and we're stuck without our AC overnight.

They came out very shortly after I purchased the Big Deal. They were good. I would not use them again, but it is not because of anything that they did except I had gone with another company who completely reinstalled my HVAC and it is under warranty and I have a maintenance plan with them for 10 years.

It did not go well, the guy was a jerk. He did nothing, he just said we needed a new unit yet the unit was working fine. The guy who came in was extremely unprofessional. He was like, let me put the floater in and I said it was okay and I was about to tell him to just get out of my home. He purposely broke something and showed me like something was broken and then he was offering to purchase a new unit. He was almost trying to fight with us. He was like he has an issue. I have never seen a worker like this maybe he has an issue with the company then maybe he was taking it out on us.

Air Conditioner went out on Sunday and waited until Monday morning to call. Made an appointment and they came out while I was at work and met with my wife. Diagnosed that the outside unit had a baby rattlesnake short out the capacitor and the inside unit in the attic required replacement of the coils as they had been rusted out and leaking Freon. $2600 to fix the unit but recommended replacement of the unit due to the age of a/c (11 years). Recommended that all the ducts be replaced as well due to age. All together it would have been $18000 to replace the unit and ducts with a new 16 SEER Dual Stage Air Conditioner. Didn't have that kind of money so asked what it would be to just replace the air conditioner itself (inside and out units). That would be almost $10K. Got approved for $7K with a creditor linked to them and they said if we would need to come up with half the difference and IERNA's would finance the rest. Seeing that it is May in Tampa, first reaction was to do it and scheduled to be installed the next morning. After I got home, we decided to go out for additional bids. I called our representative up and he said no problem. The next day he called and stated that since it had already been ordered that the company would have to pay a restocking fee but would rather pass on the savings of $600 to us and reduced the price. After getting other bids, we decided to go with a lower cost (almost half). Had no problem with this company for the most part but not sure if upselling the ducts were needed. There is no damage to our current ducts and I've seen it both ways from others on whether it really was needed in the first place.

Easy to make appointment. On the day of service, tech called 45 minutes before arrival time stating that he was inbound, and he then arrived right on time. On arrival, Victor (the tech) introduced himself and immediately went to work. First a thorough check and cleaning of the outdoor units, followed by the checking and testing of the two air handlers, located in two separate (and hot) attics. He explained everything as he went along, and pointed out various aspects that were in especially or good shape, or needed to be watched. There were no attempts whatsoever to "upsell". I will definitely use Ierna's again for future maintenance as well as any problems that may develop.

They replaced some compressors for me. They are just up the street from me so they are my emergency go-to people.

Absolutely wonderful as far as a major stressful inconvenience can be that initially involved a firetruck visiting your home!! From logging the initial call for help thru the ultimate removal/new installation of the heatpump it went very well! Lots of communication from all team members about scheduled steps/appointments and phone calls with ETA's from the entire team which was very helpful. Scott went out of his way checking out the system initially, proposing possible options and worked tirelessly to find a solution we could afford and get all the paperwork done the same day and schedule next day install. Awesome! Removal/Install team of Jay, Brandt, and Maurice did a super job of removing the dirty old beast's inside and outside components and installing the new system and cleaning the vents. Daryl and Todd got the UV unit installed quickly as scheduled and did an excellent job as well. Cant tell you all how pleased we are with everyone including other team members not named here that I missed! Its cool here now and we are delighted and are hoping for a lower TECO bill.

On Saturday our evaporator coil went out on one of our home units. I called, about four and three did not even return my calls until Monday late. I called Ierna Heating and Cooling and Rich came out by noon. He expertly diagnosed the problem, but unfortunately the coil was not available until Monday. I got the call Monday and Joseph arrived on time and repaired the coil, corrected some other smaller issues and completely took care of the everything. The price was reasonable especially since some on the list were $400 to $500 higher. Great service and highly recommended.

Clay was awesome. He was the best AC specialist I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He was prompt, gave me a courtesy call when he was on his way, explained everything in detail and offered tips and things to watch out for down the road. I will request Clay in any future needs!

Rich Soler was great. Called and came by on time and got right to work. Very professional and helpful; checked everything out, and fixed a problem with one warm room by climbing into the attic and un-pinching a duct. Very pleased with the whole experience, and will absolutely use these guys again.

Victor showed up on time and within minutes had the problem diagnosed, had the part on hand and had it repaired. It was a defected capacitor? We were so thrilled with this service!

I recommend Ierna's to my Mom when her air conditioning system quit working properly. They have always given us great and efficient service. The Rep (I wish I could remember his name) determined that her unit had frozen up, that rats had torn up her duct work and that although he would be glad to search for parts and try to repair it, the unit was 15 years old and should be replaced. My Mom opted for the new system. The work took two days to complete. They were very professional and helpful. The Rep even agreed to hold her check a couple of days to give her a chance to get the needed funds transferred to her account. He took pictures so that they could see the damage to the duct work and even went back a week later when the dining room ceiling began to sag. It had nothing to do with their work, but he took more pictures and showed them where the problem was.

Service tech was very knowledgeable and did not try to sell me on services not needed. Tech found coils were covered in dirt due to an animal digging nearby which was causing our AC unit not to function properly. I thought I needed a new unit when it just needed to be clean. I will use Ierna again for future services.

I read great comments on this site and decided to buy coupon as my renter was having issues with A/C. I called and Candace answered and took all my info. They made quick contact with my renter and went down to property within 2 hours. I was called and left in the loop the whole way. Problem diagnosed and solutions given. I didn't have the work done as prior A/C whom repaired 5 months prior agreed to give me huge discount and couldn't be matched. The price I was quoted was more than fair and really felt comfortable and not as I was being sold a bill of goods. I recommend this company to anyone who wants to be treated right and not be pressured on making a rash decision.

I wasn't completely happy with them. I wouldn't use them in the future.
