Been with Ierna's for at least 6 years maybe more. As always the work was done and when I call they are out here within 24 hours or less.

Been a customer since 7/2008 (when my previous A/C folks could not come out until late the next day) Ierna’s came out late that evening to fix my NO AIR situation. Carlos, Farman, Matt, Luis, Nat, Clay, Victor: all the technicians that came out were great. Kept my old A/C running until Dec 2014 when we finally had to replace the old one. Will renew my contract with them for the third-time next Dec 2018. Today Carlos and Farman came out and were patient with me and explain what they were doing in their yearly check-up and they always wear cloths slipper on their shoes to keep the house clean. Always great service and they arrive on schedule time.

They were very professional and explained everything that was done and all my options.

They were accurate and got finished up in about an hour and a half. They were very friendly and got the job done.

Outstanding. This was first time we called Ierna's and their 2 employees worked well together as they put everything together to produce a first rate install. Charlene, the owner,, and her employees were a pleasure to do business with. I will use them again. They have recently added plumbing to their product line-up and have people with 15-years experience already doing lots of jobs for clients.

This is my second time (routine maintenance calls) using Ierna. The first time around was a very pleasurable experience. I don't remember the guy's name, but he took all the time to answer questions I have generally a good overall helpful attitude. I recommended Ierna to my neighbor after this visit. This time "Danny" came out. He seems polite and nice enough. But I sense a car salesman mentality in him. I don't like car salesmen. I don't get the logic of these AC repair places recommending to replace a unit when I just need a tuneup and routine maintenance. I mean if my AC unit dies, of course I'd replace it, but not till then right? I don't understand the sales tactic to push new replacement unit. Maybe I took a wrong turn by telling Danny that I put the fan in one of the unit by myself recently and ask him for his input on me putting in a UV tube by myself soon. I think I may have asked too many questions because Danny stopped me at one point saying that he can't give away trade secrets. Ok my neighbor at this time calls me because he sees Ierna's truck in front, telling me of his bad experience and that to him his repair guy was really a pushy "car salesman" too. To me I would trust a place more if they just come out, service or repair the thing that is broken maintain a good friendly rapport with me, take time to answer all my questions and not rush onto the next job. My recommendation. I think with any place of business nice friendly attitude goes hand in hand with technical know how. Maybe Ierna needs to hire more of the technicians like the one from my first visit. For me I wont be using Ierna again. Next time I need AC maintenance, I'll look at the other Angie's list vendors. I'll say the same thing to my neighbors if they ask.

Wonderful, these folks know their stuff, take the time to answer all of my questions. Made smart money saving suggestions and installed a perfect system. They were punctual, professional, clean and friendly. The unit that came with my house was pieced together and poorly installed. It was costing me a fortune to operate it! And it never worked right. My cooling costs have literally been cut by 70% monthly. My electric bills went from $350 and month to averaging less than $140 per month. This unit will pay for itself in less than 4 years! Awesome. It has been working flawlessly for almost 18 months.

Very good. Serviceman was prompt and did a thorough job.

I later found out that it was under warranty with another company, so I cancelled the appointment. The people I spoke with were very congenial and professional.

Once again, they came out quickly and diagnosed the problem even more quickly. This time around was just a clogged filter. I got not only did they give me a new filter, but also good advice on how, when and with what to replace with.

IERNA's Heating And Cooling were very responsive, punctual and professional. I have used them several times and will continue to use their service. They are very honest and do not try to sell you something you don't need. They provide great advise on maintaining the system.

We've been with them for about 5 years. The air conditioning people we had, our air conditioner stopped working and they said they couldn't be here until the following day. We're talking about 90 degree weather. Ierna came out that night. We boughta new air conditioner from them. They're wonderful people.

Great service. Carlis was polite and friendly and professional. He explained the problem in simple and clear terms and did not push to sell unneeded service. He also answered lots of questions as this air conditioner was new to us.

AC went out on a Thursday night, Technician came same evening to assess and give options. Next day, Installation Technicians Nick and Tyrone were prompt, professional and exceptionally polite / clean. There were some vibration issues that required 2 separate adjustments at no charge. Great value, exceptional service and this company has vastly improved its professionalism in the past 5 years.

They came out on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, replaced a couple parts, and the problem was solved.

It went well. Both units and handlers were serviced and vents were refreshed.

Great Scott the Service Tech was right on time and very friendly to deal with. Unit was running fine and only suggested to keep changing air filters regularly.

We've always used Ierna's for rental homes and for our personal home. They have installed ALL of our new units. The last unit was a bit of a challenge as we were dealing with a very stubborn house with very limited attic space, thus not much circulation. It took a lot of trouble shooting and visits to solve the cooling mystery. Each and every time someone new was sent out. Each and every person came REALLY TRYING HARD and were ALL very kind and considerate even when it took all day and they were hot and miserable. Chad the manager came out twice and sent me all their best guys...... Andy, Rich and Anthony and others. Finally the owner Ron came out there himself and was determined to get to the bottom of this. He never left me without resolution and they DID NOT charge me a dime more than what was originally quoted. ANTHONY and RICH got it working great after Ron decided on the best route to take after personally evaluating the home. Thank you guys for a job well done and thank you Ron for not giving up on me even when I may have been a huge pain in the butt:) I do realize with all of the man power and hours that in the end they did not make a fortune off of me:) Maybe even barely paid for the unit...... But very ethical and fair. I'm very happy with the outcome.
