They charge me high price of freon.

Serviceman was great. No upsale pressure. Not positive he did everything on the work order....duct refresh?? But he was helpful and informative.

The installers and especially the maintenance technician Mr. Carlos Lopez, not only met my expectations, he exceeded them! He was extremely professional and thorough. I have had many technicians service my previous units, most were always trying to push other products, instead of servicing the unit. When they did finally get to actually servicing the unit it was inadequate. I usually had to call them back or get a different tech to try to fix the original problem or one they exacerbated. I feel that Ierna's heating and air, in my experience, is one of the better companies out their in a very crowded landscape, with very few honest, and trustworthy employees. I am glad I chose them!

the tech Spencer was on time and very professional in checking out our older a/c unit . he cleaned it all out and checked the pressures and changed a UV bulb. all and all were very happy.

Ierna Heating & Cooling provides great service. Scott from Ierna A/C arrived on time, very pleasant, very profession, and had the AC cooling within the hour. The cost of repair was competitive and service response excellent. I’ve been a homeowner since 1970 and have used several different AC companies. My experience with Ierna has been exceptional and I will continue to use them in the future.

I purchased their $44.95 for 21-Point A/C System Clean and Check-Up with Duct System Refresh on Angie's List. However, there was some miscommunication from their office and the technician was not told about the duct refresh and didn't have the equipment to do it. Given that we've not noticed any odors since our house is only about 10 years old, I told him not to worry about it. I ended up needing 2.5 pounds of R-22 and they honored the included pound of refrigerant listed. So I just had to pay for 1.5 pounds of R-22 extra at the listed $110 per pound. Danny was very professional, pleasant, and courteous. He arrived on time and was efficient in getting everything completed. I plan on using them again for future maintenance and a likely future system replacement.

I have used both their A/C and plumbing services and each time that I have called them they were extremely responsive. Everyone that I have dealt with, from the owners, Heather (in the office) and all of their technicians I have found them to be very professional. Also, their prices are very fair. I have no problems referring friends and family to them.

I have used around six HVAC companies in the last 25 years, some good, most not so good, so this time I went on Angie's List and caught the feedback comments and A rating of Ierna. My old system was on the fritz again, and I did not want to put another band-aid on it. Cory from Ierna offered a few new systems, explaining in the details the pros of each and suggested one right for our budget and needs. The following day the crew showed up early on time and took out the old system and replaced it with a new air handler, coil, and condenser, up and running be the same evening, the air back up and running! Following day, all duct work was removed and replaced as well and vents and thermostat. Paul, the technician did an amazing job along with his assistant, Adam to complete the entire job in two days considering my air handler is up in the crawl space, a tight squeeze. Very neat and clean, cleanup each evening. Also, great customer service from Nicole at the office. I am very pleased by the professionalism, service, and courteousness of the this company. And, naturally, the system itself!

One of my bathtub faucets had become extremely difficult to turn and the handle was becoming loose. While disassembling and readjusting the faucet to attempt to repair it, the faucet began to free flow and would not shut off. Not knowing what exactly was wrong with it I contacted Ierna's, as I have previously used this company for AC tune-ups and repairs with positive results. Ierna's was very responsive, having the plumber out to my house within a couple hours of my call. Due to the free flowing faucet, I had needed to shut the water off to my entire house. The plumber was friendly and professional and quickly realized that the problem was with a broken cartridge on the faucet. He explained that due to calcium buildup and other issues, these cartridges will wear out and fail over time. The plumber told me that the repair would be quick and easy but the part was expensive--well over $200. Since I needed the water to my house turned back on and didn't have much of a choice I told him to go ahead and do it. He said the repair would be $285 (luckily I had a $40 off coupon that I had received on a mailer). The repair took less than ten minutes to complete. After he removed the broken cartridge he showed it to me (see photo). I looked up the part number and saw that this is an all brass Moen 1222 Posi-Temp Pressure Balanced Shower Cartridge. This cartridge that Ierna's charges over $200 for sells for a retail price of $39 at Home Depot. I brought this up to the plumber and showed it to him, and he was surprised. He said that they pay over $100 for the cartridge, which is definitely the same one that Home Depot sells for a fraction of that. Other websites sell the same item for similar prices that Home Depot sells the item for. I understand that having a professional plumber make a repair is going to cost more than any DIY fix and wholly feel that Ierna's deserves to make money. That said, a markup of over 600% over RETAIL prices appears to me like price-gouging and taking advantage of a customer when the repair is simple and takes a matter of minutes. The plumber was at my house for a total of about 30 minutes. Had I simply paid their service call fee and a reasonable cost for the part I would have been happy, even without any sort of discount coupon being applied. On the positive side, now that I know how simple the repair is and what to buy should this happen again, I'll easily be able to do it myself and won't have to involve a plumber. Next time I have a plumbing issue I may be contacting a different plumbing company, but I'll continue to use Ierna's for my AC needs.

I had never dealt with them before. When I called them they responded immediately and went over my whole system(which was 21yrs old) and gave me an estimate to replace it. I hired them and they completed all the work the next day. One could not ask for more expedient and cleanly service. I highly recommend them!

The team of installers- Jake, Alex, Richard and Farmer- did a fantastic job. They came when they said they would and were very courteous. We had a minor snag with the unit, but they were honest and corrected the issue in a timely manner. Very professional. Overall, we were very impressed and will use their services in the future. Definitely recommend them.

They're a local company that's been around a long time that we bought our replacement unit from. They had to come out on Thanksgiving Day but they got us up and running. And they didn't do an up charge.

The 2 men checked the vent on the roof, it was OK, and then used a hand operated auger and, at best, made a slight improvement. The real cause was found after I unbolted the toilet from floor and found my "lost" reading glasses at the 3" exit from the toilet to the 4" drain pipe. They probably fell out of my shirt pocket, at night, and disappeared into the plumbing without me realizing it had happened. Oh well...now it works like new.

They did an excellent job. They were really nice and professional. They cleaned up all of their dirt and dust when they left. That's very unusual and remarkable, I really appreciated it. My system is also much more energy efficient now.

They are on the expensive side. I like the fact that they pretty much show up on time, but I think I had a problem with their service guy. Maybe he wasn't friendly like I anticipated, but I honestly don't remember. They could be more friendly and open. The work turned out fine.

Came out fine. Had no complaints. I can't remember the exact cost but it was reasonable, that much I remember. They came out in a timely manner and stayed until the job was done which was late.

The plumbing work turned out fine. Whatever the day I went online was the day IERNA's Heating And Cooling came and they did a great job. They were very responsive. He was friendly and knowledgeable, he knew what he was doing and solved the problem very quickly. My interaction with them was fine. The work turned out excellent.
