They were prompt. They removed the plants to safe areas. After the debris collected on the ground, they removed it to a designated area. Some gutter areas required hand removal of leaves and debris. They had to work around obstacles like the solar panels for the pool and the TV dish. That was done professionally. I had also insisted that care be used in not damaging formerly repaired areas of the roof. While the chemical was applied to the roof, they simultaneously washed it off of the house walls and windows as well as the sidewalks and wood deck. A side benefit of this process was the cleaning of the windows and the garage door. After completion, they put the plants (very heavy pots) back in their original positions. Everything looked good as they walked me around for an inspection. 

The bottom line is that Hoffman Pressure Washing did a superb job and exceeded my expectations with the outcome. I waited several days before writing this to be certain that problems would not occur after a rain. We just had a significant rain storm and the roof still looks great, and no leaks. 

Since I live in a heavily forested area, I will have them back periodically to blow new debris from the roof. I will also recommend them to friends.

I called 2 companies for estimates to pressure wash my home ater receiving a notice from my homeowners association.  The first company I had used before.  They were cheap ($150) and did a fairly good job.  They did not do the driveway, sidewalk or fences that surround my property.  I called them this time and they came out with a quote of $200 (including driveway and sidewalks). The Hoffmans also came out and gave me a price of $437 (includes a 5% discount for being Angie's list members).  Their estimate was written and detailed. (Unlike the other company whose estimate was written on the back of a business card.) I set up a date with the cheaper company and they never showed!  No call, no show!  My husband called them and left a message but they never called back.  My homeowners association gave me 30 days to get the house pressure washed or there would be a fine.  I immediately called Hoffman Pressure Washing.  I explained the situation and they were able to accommodate me and arrange to wash the house on the 30th day.  I did contact my homeowners association to get a 10 day extension just in case.  The Hoffmans called the night before and the day of service to let me know they were coming.  When I arrived home from work they were just about completing the job.  Everything look great!  Although the price was more than double the other company the service was much better.  It just goes to show you that you get what you pay for!

Charlie Hoffman came out and gave us an estimate and explained the process and verified that he used a product to seal the pavers that the paver installer recommended.   We set up a date to do the job and he called up a couple of days before the job to verify that we were ready and the weather was going to cooperate.  Charlie and his assistant showed up at the scheduled time and did a great job. Were no problems with the job.  Everything went as planned

Mr. Hoffman and his associate arrived promptly. He was considerate in alerting us that the treatment he would apply to our roof  might drip and that he would cover our shrubs. They did their work quietly and clearly took the time to do it well. He offered, for a very reasonable amount, to do our walkway and decorative brick floor at our covered entrance. The team of two was friendly, trustworthy and efficient. Our home looks better than new, in fact it seems like a newly built home. 
     I will be happy to hire this company again when needed, and have already recommended them to local friends and family members.

I had them to come out and pressure wash the outside of my house and clean the windows. They always give me a fair price. The experience with them is always very good, and I will be using them in the future. Overall, I'm very satisfied with them!

They did a fabulous job, took great care of my patio set and took the time to make sure to bring the cushions to the door so that they wouldn't get wet. I would highly recommend them and for a change look forward to my seasonal cleanings!!

It went great.  They came and performed the services agreed to.  Our gutters were clogged in some areas and they cleaned those out and we have had no issues with them since.  Our pool cage/screen was cleaned and it looks like new.  They also did our pool deck and outdoor pool furniture and all of it is SPOTLESS. If there was any mess created by the power washing I didn't see any of it.  They cleaned up after themselves beautifully.  I will use them again in the future and they were so reasonably priced.  We got a lot for our money.  Thanks again for doing such a GREAT job.

I had 3 estimates. All companies were on Angies List. All the estimates came within $50 of each other. I choose Hoffman Pressure Washing because Charlie the owner was very prompt to return phone calls and easy to talk with. He came out with his wife to give the estimate. They work as a team. We set the appointment up after I made the decision on who to choose to do the work. He was here exactly as scheduled. Spent approx. 8 hours to do everyhing. Great Job. Would use again.

Went out of his way to schedule the cleaning prior to my house being painted.  Came on time and did a great  job.  Finished job was better than I expected.

I bought a very large house in Tampa Palms that has been vacant and unmaintained for 2 years.
The house was very dirty on the outside and the tile roof looked horrible.  I was concerned about who I was to hire to clean the roof because it was large, steep, and complicated.
I looked on Angie's List and called a few people.  Hoffman Pressure washing was very prompt and I decided to meet them for an estimate.
I met Mr. and Mrs. Hoffman at the house and immediately was pleased with their demeanor and professionalism.  God bless them, they just looked honest and trustworthy.  I hired them and they contacted me to start a day before the scheduled date.
When I met them at the house to settle up with them, I could not believe the difference in how the house looked; it looked brand new.

After waiting one week for another contractor, who showed up and refused to do the work because he felt the roof was too slippery even though it hadn't rained, I contacted Charlie and he worked me in quickly and did an excellent job cleaning and clearing the gutters for a great price. I will continue to use their services and recommend them highly!

It was him and his wife and they were very professional. They did a very outstanding and thorough job. Their price was very reasonable and it did not bother me paying the money for the job that they did. They were very professional from the moment they got here and didn't take any breaks in between the work. They took about four hours to do the work and they never stopped work in the middle. The quality was very good. They were actually a day early. They called me up and I said that it was fine to come and do the work. I have recommended them several times.

The couple arrived at the time promised.  They covered all surrounding plants to protect them from the chlorine.  They were very neat and tidy in their work   They cleaned both sides of the screen.  They did a fine job!!

This is the 3rd time I have used the Hoffman's.  Charlie and Stacy are very hard workers who have done a lot of pressure washing in our neighborhood.  They pressure washed all designated areas,  using care with the chemicals.  They are punctual and provide a lot of value for your money.   They moved everything which included potted plants, patio table and chairs, and grill. They were careful not to use chemicals on the back fence which could damage plants.  I will definitely be using them next year. 

The pressure washing, sanding and sealing services were great.  Pool area and driveway look very good.  The roof cleaning services were a bit problematic.  The roof looks very nice but while they did make an effort to cover the plants and protect them in some areas, some plants around the house died as a result of the chemicals.  They should have moved them or asked us to move them to another area.

The team came as scheduled and stayed until the job was finished.  Work was excellent.  The roof cleaning was the largest part of the job.  They covered plants as needed and did a great job.  Cleanup was very good. They were very careful cleaning the 20 year old screen enclosure.   We would certainly use them again.
