Do not use this moving company. They destroyed several pieces of our teak furniture. We trying to settle through the BBB, they lied about what happened and then stated they would be sending me a check. After two months, still haven't received a check. Avoid this business.

The moving group was incredible. They were kind, on schedule, and careful with my belongings.

I wish there is 0 stars. Do NOT use this company they charged 1,500 for nothing, they just cancel pick up days over and over and we lost our money

ZERO STARS - Absolutely Terrible Experience I recently used Hello Movers for my move from Lakeland to Lake Mary, FL, and it was the worst moving experience I have ever had. I was initially quoted $1,706.25 for the move, including a $350 fuel surcharge, which seemed reasonable. However, the final bill was an outrageous $2,037.50, with no clear justification for the extra charges. Here are the major issues I encountered: 1. Deceptive Pricing:The movers were dispatched from a location much farther away than initially disclosed, resulting in travel time nearly double the original estimate. This additional travel time was not communicated to me and significantly increased the cost. It's a blatant case of bait and switch. 2. Unjustified Break Charges: The movers took a lunch break during the move, and I was billed for this downtime. According to the contract and standard industry practices, I should not be charged for movers' breaks. This is highly unprofessional and unethical. 3. Lack of Transparency: Despite multiple requests, I was never provided with a detailed breakdown of the charges. The company failed to explain the sudden increase in cost and ignored my inquiries. This lack of transparency is unacceptable. 4. Poor Customer Service: When I tried to dispute the charges, I was met with rude and dismissive responses. The customer service team showed no interest in addressing my concerns or providing a fair resolution. I dealt with Nicole, Gilbert and their father Xavier whom may sounds like a nice family business but theyâ re really just rude bullies. 5. Overpriced Materials: I was charged exorbitant rates for packing materials, far above what was initially quoted. This added to the already inflated bill and felt like an attempt to squeeze every possible dollar from me. In summary, Hello Movers exemplifies everything that can go wrong with a moving company: deceptive pricing, unethical practices, poor communication, and terrible customer service. I would strongly advise anyone considering their services to look elsewhere. Save yourself the headache and choose a company that values honesty and customer satisfaction. Avoid Hello Movers at all costs!

The movers did a fantastic job; they were efficient, speedy, and kind. They showed up when they said they would, got the job done fast, and helped move extra items.

Had a comfortable relocation! The movers were very professional. They wore shoe covers inside my house, which I really appreciated.

The truck was incredibly easy to load and unload. The movers were really smart and moved quickly without damaging my belongings.

These guys were professionals. They arrived on schedule, and ready to get down to business. They were friendly and easy to talk to, which made me feel at ease with them handling my valuable furniture. They treated my items with respect and care, and made sure that I was happy with their service.

For our move in, the company arrived around 9:30am and charged us in advance for a full day'swork. In the end, they left without telling us a little after 12:00. In other words, we paid for a whole day and they only stayed for 3 hours. I didn't want to pay in advance, but they forced me to: if I didn't, they'd leave with my things (!!!) They did everything they could to pressure us into paying directly. It was agreed that they would help us reassemble the furniture they had disassembled themselves. Nothing was done. It took us 3 days to find all the parts needed to reassemble beds and other items. We had asked for the boxes to be placed directly in the rooms where they were to go. This was not done. They threw everything into the garage and the few rooms downstairs. I have 5 herniated discs and my wife is pregnant. We had to call in third parties to help us assemble the furniture and move the boxes. The boxes were very badly packed. We have a lot of broken objects. The movers simply threw everything into the boxes without paying any attention. Screws and a vacuum cleaner were thrown at our 10-month-old son's birth mementos. Many of these mementos are simply destroyed. And this is just a tiny example of what happened. Most of our belongings are objects made by mid-century designers such as Pierre Jeanneret, Charlotte Perriand, Le Corbusier,â ¦). Before the move, we asked for all our objects, without exception, to be protected and wrapped. Nothing was done, and now we're bemoaning the damage. When we moved in, we asked the team manager to protect the floors and fragile corners. This is what they had done during the move from ourprevious home. The manager, Mike, refused categorically. The result was a lot of damage, even though the house had just been renovated. The manager Mike was rude, condescending, insulting and racist towards us throughout their intervention. Several third parties offered to witness these degrading scenes. My wife cried all day and took several days to recover from this attitude. On top of that, the sight of all her damaged and broken belongings simply drove her into a depression. In addition, they give you a quote said flat rate (according to their website). We ended up paying twice the estimate! Most of the boxes had no names !!!!!, and valuables were stolen too. Several boxes are missing, and no packing list has been given to us. Damages and broken furnitures amount to thousands of dollars. Vintage armchairs are irreplaceable, lamps broken into thousands of pieces. We're going to court because such a lack of respect and professionalism is unacceptable.

Experience was fine

Great crew, especially moving our big and heavy furniture in two-story house. Lots of Thomasville and Hooker solid wood items. In a few months, Iâ ll hire the same guys to move the same items from storage to our new home build. Iâ m asking for them again- DeShawn, Antwan, and Telly. Iâ m not sure they took a break on hot July day. Two bedrooms and living room In 3 hours. Oh yeah, got here exactly at 0900!

The squad from Hello Mover LLC moved my two-story house and they did it with grace and efficiency They carefully packed up all of my belongings and transported them safely to my new location They even helped me reassemble my furniture and made sure everything was in the right place

Truly the best moving experience I have ever had. They made the entire experience so fast, easy, and stress free. I was genuinely amazed by how efficient and organized they were. They are also SO friendly.

Highly recommend these guys. My highest recommendations with this company. They were very accommodating from beginning to end with any questions I had. All my things were packed, but some furniture like the beds and entertainment center had to be disassembled. All my items were very well wrapped and taken care of. Their packing of the truck was like art. And yes, nothing broke during transit.

I used Hello Movers on two consecutive occasions to help my office move, and both times they were excellent. They were prompt and cordial upon their arrival. They are unquestionably among the greatest movers I If you intend to move, I'd recommend calling them right away. You won't be let down.

When I contacted several furniture movers to move one upholstered love chair and a hassock from NY to KS. Hello Movers gave me the best price. Team did it in two days and when the driver had a problem, he made sure it was delivered on time and in perfect condition. I am very happy with the job done.

This company are thieves and a scam. Lost 15 moving boxes, lost key pieces of my king platform bed which cannot be used because it canâ t be put together. Stole my 6 foot ladder and 15 boxes. The boxes that were delivered had been rummage through. They also donâ t use employees. They use contractors (homeless/convicts). The owner Xavier I doubt exists. I asked for him to call me and the rude nasty lady that answers the phone said no. They also lost my dogs ashes. Donâ t trust these people

Mason and Samuel did an excellent job coordinating the move and all the folks that picked up and delivered my items were very professional.

Fantastic people to deal with. Showed up at an exact time. I love the promptness and professionalism. Very hard working guys with an excellent sense of humor. I would highly recommend this company to any of my family and friends looking for assistance on moving.

The movers were friendly on the day of got everything packed and moved in under 2 hours. We had enough time to unpack most of our stuff that day because they were so efficient. I highly recommend them.
