Moving many boxes, maybe 60, and some light furniture. The bid was competitive. The crew was timely and careful. Same crew picked up also delivered so they were accountable. I haven't gone through all the boxes yes but so far nothing looks damaged.

We had a large amount of furniture to move out of state. He and his crew performed above every expectation. I would absolutely suggest his service to anyone looking for a true professional.

They were wonderful. They took great care with the furniture, swaddling every piece like a newborn baby. They even let me vacuum underneath all the furniture before they carried it to the truck. I will recommend them to everyone!!!

He and his crew at Hello Movers LLC were fantastic! They were excellent at communicating, extremely helpful, showed up early, and quickly took care of our large truckload. We are new to the city, and did not really know what we were doing. He helped us out with a lot of our issues, including helping park our truck correctly in the loading dock. To top it off, our previous movers/packers had done a pretty poor job, and that made things extra complicated. He and company were unfazed and took care of the move so well, that they made it look easy.

I was extremely impressed with how fast, efficiently and professionally both movers completed my apartment move. They helped set up the couch, my bedroom and didn't waste any time but more importantly they were careful with all my things. My experience was great and I would recommend them again. Thank you guys

These guys were great! They handled everything with the utmost care. Nothing was damaged and they got things done in a timely fashion. Also, I was pleased to know that they charge a flat rate rather than hourly.. a big plus for me! Would recommend them highly to anyone needing help moving.

Wonderful and friendly staff, on time. very professional and quick at moving out and in. They were excellent from start to finish. GREAT Company!! I was moving to a smaller place so I needed to put the majority of my things in a POD and the rest of it had to be driven to a new location. They helped me tremendously and fit all of my belongings into the POD when I wasnt sure if it would all fit. I highly recommend this company and will use them again when I move.

Super responsive. Price was right, got the job done! Local move and I needed to move it up by a week. I was really please with the care they took in packing and moving our items large and small.

We had a large move and 2 teams were brought in from Hello Movers to help with the move. One team was quick, helpful, and careful and had to help the other team. The other team *muscled* items upstairs and into place and unfortunately scratched and chipped stairs and walls. They also dropped our safe, which is now dented. **UPDATE** When Hello Movers saw our first review, they contacted us right away to fix the problem. They immediately tried to make things right by hiring a contractor to come and provide estimates to fix the items and they have researched replacing the safe. Their customer service has been good and they are trying to make this right. They have already provided a partial refund and are scheduled to come and fix the issues this week. Will update again once fixed but impressed with them taking responsibility and trying to fix things immediately. UPDATE*** The team wanted us to work with them on our review of them so promised to handle certain items, unfortunately, they have not. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, but after promising to replace the VERY damaged Winchester safe, they are now backing out of that and stating they will not replace the safe, but will attempt to fix it. There are MANY dents and a hole in the safe, how will they now make this fire and water proof again?! Oh and they sent someone to "fix" our stairs that they chipped and the guy used some putty that never dried so it looks like I have children's play-dough going up my stairs. ****Beware of promises, beware of their "estimates" and of their work. They cost me way more in repairs than the move was even worth.****

Hello Movers, LLC did an awesome job and work around my schedule, on the top of this, they are very professional, motivated and respectful. They move my furniture delicately and install it awesomely.
