expensive but good work

My husband bought a vent cleaning service from another company off of Living Social. The guy who came out TOTALLY tried to scam me!! He actually argued with me since I have some knowledge of the BS he was trying to sell me. He told me I had a very big problem, black mold in my vents all over. I actually ended up kicking that guy out and went through Home Advisor to find someone for another opinion. Steve Dumas called me from Rainbow International and LISTENED to me! I instantly felt comfortable with what he was telling me. He told me he would be out in a few hours to take a look, and he was!!! He came out and right away said he saw no signs of mold, and that he would just recommend a good cleaning of the vents. He was very professional and called and got his guys out right away! Brandon and Dillon did a great job and also assured me no mold. So the guy that showed up originally was a scammer, as I suspected. I would HIGHLY recommend the services of Rainbow International and I will be happy to share that with everyone I talk with! If I could even find the other companies website, I would be writing a much different review for that company. We did file a complaint with Living Social. This brings up a good point too, this team is not only efficient, cost effective, but from my experience and the previous reviews, also extremely reputable! Thank you so much Steve, Brandon & Dillon, you saved me from a really expensive job that was not needed!! You guys are awesome!

So happy to have a honest,professional co. help me to get the mold from my trailer...they rebuilt my pantry & removed moldy insulation from under my trailer..they also did treatments..i can't smell mold anymore & everyone I worked with was friendly & did their job well..i would refer them to anyone.

For what work was done it was over priced

I would like to say plenty!! This company was awesome!! I am a single Mom & like many single Moms we always have to worry whether someone is feeding us lies or actually telling us the truth. I am here to tell you that this company is reliable in evaluating your issues and is honest with what you need done and what you don't need done. Steve comes by to set things up & gives you a quote & then Brandon & Dillon come to get the job done. GREAT guys & GREAT company!!

We are just getting started, but Steve was out to check out the issues the same day I signed up on Home Advisor. He's bringing in pros and we are waiting to find out just what we need to do. Steve has been very helpful and I have confidence he'll find our problems and fix them asap. I can't really answer the VALUE question yet as we are in the early stages of the project.

Out of three services that came to check and give estimates,they were the only service that checked under the trailer for possible mold growth due to water damage. This attention to detail continued through out their process of mold remediation. We were very pleased.
