"We never did anything for this customer."
"we never did anything for this customer."
The tech never even looked at the pool because the screened in area was locked so I am unsure what kind of service this $90 was supposed to buy but it is hardly a deal to pay that amount just to have someone note what pool equipment I owned. So, as far as I am concerned no work was done. I am sorry we could not resolve and retry the transaction but I lost all confidence in the company after seeing that pertinent client information and requests do not make it to the person that will actually be performing the job.
"I would first like to say thank you for the opportunity to try and earn your business. 2nd, I spent 45 mins with the customer and even went over the system and made her aware of other issues with her pool. 3rd, my name is John and maybe their a possibility that the customer got me confused with another company. Usually my price is down the middle not the most expensive and definitely not the least expensive. We had an appointment for 3 pm and I always say "Around that time because depending on what happens to me throughout the day I could be a few minutes late." I said nothing about GPS because I have a phone with map quest on it. When I showed up she was with a screen company so I waited for her to be done."
All is working fine.
Prompt service, reasonable cost.
I will contact them for any other pool work that may need to be done in the future.
"Thank you for your business and great review. Have a happy holiday and great New Year."
"Thank you for the great review. We will help you out in the future with the same service and quality work. See you later."
"I had a talk with Scott about the scheduling and all we can do is apologize for the missed appointment. I just sent the invoice for you and usually send the invoice as it is entered into the computer. I appreciate the business you gave us. Thanks, John"
"Thank you so much for the review. Most of all thank you for the business."
Scott showed up the morning that John told me he would be there. The pool equipment had started leaking more and would not hold a prime, so the equipment was up and running before Scott left for the day. Scott also found another leak potential while fixing the equipment, brought it to our attention, and we agreed to have that fixed as well. He actually started tearing out the old tile the same day too (which was not expected by his timeline provided when we first met). John dropped by that afternoon to see the progress and the crack issues (since it was now fully exposed). They gave us a date that they would return and completed the project efficiently and successfully.
Since the completion of the job, we are no longer losing water while the equipment runs, the spa is no longer losing water, and the work looks great. Since we have bought the house, the pool has not looked or been as clean as it did this past weekend. The only B I gave was the price, again it was not the cheapest price we received, but in my experiences, cheap is not always the best route to take, and in this case it was worth the extra money. We have peace of mind and are an extremely satisfied customer.
Thanks John!
"We appreciate your business and great review. Not many customers write about their great experiences with companies. Thanks, John"
"Thanks for the good review. Customers that give us reviews help us make our customer service better. Thanks for the business."
"Thanks for the good review. Hopefully you will enjoy your pool for the summer. We appreciate your business, John"
"Your comments were great. We appreciate the trust you put in our company to resurface your pool. You will be happy with years of durability the pool surface will give you. Thanks, John"
I strongly recommend Pool Authority for any pool needs you may have!
"I drove out to the house at least 3 times and used my leak detection equipment and was not able to find any leaks in her pool or spa. The lines needed to have pressure put on them and gave them a estimate for the cost of putting pressure on the lines. I did not just walk around the pool I spent time trying to locate the leak which I did not exactly locate. The leak was not in the shell of the pool or spa. I even went on the roof of the house to see if the solar panels were leaking. I even gave the cost of repair because another leak detection company already came out and pinpointed the leak which was underground."
