On the day of installation, Nathan and his guys arrived on time and were extremely professional, friendly and overall, great to work with. I highly recommend Simple Water Service! Simple water services came out immediately and took care of the water test needed for our mortgage with no advance notice. Then we hired them to install a new water system once our purchase was finished. The guys came out the next day and completed the installation in less than one day. Anytime I have called them they are always available to help right away and have always had the best prices around. I would highly recommend them to anyone for any water related need!

Simple Water Services did amazing work on our water system. In his initial consult Nathan was very knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly to make sure we understood how our system worked and what our options were. He listened to our concerns and what our goals were, then presented several repair and replacement options and the benefits of each so we could make an informed decision. We ended up replacing several pieces of non-functional equipment (pressure tank, softener, iron/sulfur guard) and reworking the overall setup of the system. The team worked around our schedule, and encouraged us to take part in decision making such as how to arrange the equipment etc. When they were done our new system looked great. They removed our old equipment, cleaned everything up, and even hauled out an antiquated filter that has been buried several feet in the ground for years. I don’t think we’ve gotten better service from any other company in the 12 years we’ve been living in Florida. We are very pleased with our new system and will turn to Simple Water Services for any service we need in the future.

Living on well water has many challenges. We have tried 3 other providers before finding Nathan and Simple Water Services. Nathan has been great to work with, very well educated in all things well water, extremely responsive, explains the issue in detail, and he has found a solution to all of the issues that we have had (and paid others to unsuccessfully solve). He gets to the bottom of an issue quickly and often performs work same or next day. If something does not go as planned, he communicates the issue and what his next step will be. He takes pride in his work and cleans up after his work when necessary. Nathan always communicates if he is running behind or on time, so we know exactly when to expect him if we need to be home. Nathan is not your typical well guy or salesman, and appears very young for his knowledge and experience, but he is by far the most comprehensive and accurate well water maintenance guy we have met! I have recommended Nathan to many neighbors who are also very happy with his service.

It went great. Nathan and Mike are fantastic. They are very knowledgable and they offer great advice. They replaced my entire system in about 3-4 hours. The price was definitely fair. Since then, I have hired them to do the monthly service on my water. It is been well worth it. They come once a month, and add salt and chemicals as needed. I don’t have to go lug salt bags back from the store, and also worry that I am not doing something correctly. Overall, these guys know what they are doing and they are just good, honest guys. It was refreshing having someone come and do a job like they did.
