PALM POOL SVC

Palm Pool and Spa is the absolute worst! Nothing is good. From their poor customer service to the quality of their work and lack of willingness to take any responsibility for problems or mistakes. My pool has been a disaster since the very first day. It took over 6 weeks to get Adam the owner to show up for a meeting and the emails from his wife Kelly are rude and unprofessional. Nothing was completed as promised and claims Palm Pool made before construction began remain incomplete. There are many visible problems and mistakes with my pool, that has left my whole back yard very unsafe for me, my pets and anyone who might go back there. The project looks unfinished with exposed, unfinished concrete around the edge of the pool. I have never been treated with so much disrespect buy anyone. and to top it all off my brand new pool, that no one(person or dog) has used because of all the safety issues has a LEAK!!!!! Adam and Kelly are taking no responsibility for the problems and basically ignore all my calls, texts and emails whatever you do, DO NOT use this company.
