When I asked him to give me an estimate, I told him I was not in a hurry and because it was such a small job and to just do it when he got another job in the area so he would not have to charge a short load fee. He said he could do it for $200-300. I said OK. He showed up the next morning and prepped it for pouring with the framing. It then took about 2 weeks and he came back and finished the job. He then gave me a bill for $550. He said he had to use more concrete than originally estimated. He originally poured this driveway several years earlier and said at that time he would also fix my sidewalk which he never came back for. When he gave me the bill and I paid him immediately, he said again he would fix the sidewalk. He's never come back.
