Excellent, company was punctual and representative sent to do the installation did an excellent job including making the plugs fit with our existing fence from a previous property. Price was reasonable for the work $500 for 47 holes taking approximately 3 hours and 10 feet of additional fence. Fence is tight and looks great. Additional section that was needed is even better that our original fence. I highly recommend BabyGuard and would definitely use them again.

Our initial meeting with the sales representative went very well. The price was very reasonable. Our initial appointment for installation had to be re-scheduled due to inclement weather. A second appointment was made for the following business day. However, due to vehicle problems, the installers were several hours late. This was somewhat frustrating, but the installers eventually showed up and completed the work.

The representative arrived on time for the estimate as well as on the installation day. The worker was energetic, professional,and courteous. He provided me with a thorough demonstration regarding the opening and locking of the gates. He completed in the work in the time estimated (approximately 2/3 hours)and cleaned up before leaving. Now our pool area is much safer for our 11 month old grandson.
