The project was only supposed to take 2 days, ended up being 4 spread over 3 weeks. The technician didn't realize the complexity/size of the job from the initial WO given. Otherwise the job has been done quite well. Very professional, quality of work, excellent.

Central Air Cleaner Service
They do sloopy work. They over charge the customers. Management is non responsive. I have had them to return for service at least four times after installation. They claim they installed 23 seer unit when the Lennox website says it is 19.8 seer. Next day after installation, one of the mini splits were leaking in the bedroom. They had exposed copper wire outside the unit.

The electrician they send was very courteous, found the issue right away, and was very helpful. Only issues was I asked for a price on installation of the chandelier and thought that was very high, as it is their "standard"cost" It is not a large chandelier.

THIS COMPANY IS SO OVERPRICED. I HAD 3 ELECTRICAL PLUGS INSTALLED AND IT COST US $583!!!!! WAY OVERPRICED. WILL NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN.

Able to get me scheduled even when I called at the end of the business day with a leak. Flat rate fees, which are great to know. Sometimes jobs take way longer than expected and an hourly rate service can put you in the poor house. Everyone is respectful and Office staff is understanding when you have questions about a bill or a part needed. Used them three times and will continue to do so...

Great service, terrific technician. Prompt and thorough. This company has fixed price for services. That are way, way overpriced . Over $300 to install a kitchen faucet - install only. The $49 show up fee was extra. Total over $500 for 90 minutes work? I won?t use them again.
