Scheduled for repair. Their appt window is 8-5. take the entire day to wait for them. no call/ no show. finally speak to a human & am told that I was rescheduled for next week. No call, no text, no email. Thanks for wasting my day.

Purchased Sears Windows with Lifetime guarantee do not use them. They do not stand behind work or contract. Had to have a couple windows replaced (which they installed) since May now Nov. Had one man come out never turned in order. I had to retake photos of scanned windows. The parts took a month then they cancelled appointments 1 hour before due at my home after taking day off. They are on the third time doing this. Do not recommend!

I’ve never had any major problems dealing with Sears. Everything went off without a hitch. I feel confident in the product quality. The previous ac unit was an 18 year old Kenmore. I’m cool as a cucumber now.

Jason & Kenny from Tropical Air were great! They arrived early, had their equipment ready to roll and worked steadily the whole time. They were very knowledgeable, explained the process well and showed us what they were doing and why. They were very polite and dressed in appropriate clothing. They cleaned up everything - so there was no other cleanup necessary for us to handle. we highly recommend that you ask for Kenny & Jason to do your install.
