Very pleased with the whole process. Responsive to my request for a quote. Dan, the salesperson came out to my house promptly and gave me a quote on the spot after taking some measurements. The overall cost was the best of the 3 quotes I got for the job. Very happy with the equipment so far (Bryant/Carrier). Installation crew were courteous, clean, when they were done you'd never know that such a large job took place in my house. Office team registered my new AC in order to activate the enhanced warranty as promised. Not much for me to do at all. I would definitely use ScottsAir again when our second unit fails.

Scott’s team was very courteous and on time each time I have called. The two techs I have seen from their teams have been very knowledgeable and have worked very hard to get the system fixed. Their prices have been fair and we have been walked through each time they had recommendations.

My technician Cliff was absolutely perfect. Knowledgeable, polite, on time, able to correctly diagnose issue and resolve it in one visit. I would recommend Scott's over Dell Air to everyone if you want real service. Entire staff was friendly and helpful. They weren't the original installers but they will be when it's time to replace.

Cliff was very professional and knowledgeable. The unit runs and looks like a new unit. He went above and beyond the scope of work and answered all of our questions.

A+ all the way! Called on a Sunday, had serviceman at 8am Monday, and unit was installed on Tuesday. All personnel were professional, able to answer all my questions, and explain what I needed in order to qualify for the electric company rebate. Stood by to answer questions when I called electric company for home energy survey which would start process of getting rebate. Even sent a serviceman the next day when my oven had stopped working and I thought maybe it had to do with their work, which it absolutely did not. I have already recommended this company to friends and family.I chose this company due to reviews on Angies list, what a smart thing to do.

Cliff did a great job! He was able to save me some money on the Labor and was very efficient. I have been a customer of Scott's for a few years now and they always go above and beyond. it is reassuring that I can call Scott's with any AC issues I have and the problem will be taken care of.

Justin and John were my AC installers. They came the very next morning. They were on time and very respectful of my home and my dog. It took them roughly 8 hours to finish the job, but it was worth the wait. They ran new copper for the freon line, ripped out the damaged air duct, and insulated the floor space to create a broader air intake area. They placed the new condenser unit on a balanced hurricane-proof cement platform in the backyard, and even ran a new pvc drain line. It was all very impressive. The icing on the cake for me though was the Nest Pro smart thermostat that was packaged with the unit. That's one futuristic looking nob. It's been a joy so far seeing how it learns our home cooling habits. It's even more fun operating the device from our Android phones! Over the course of two months dealing with Scott's, we received top-notch service, a quality maintenance plan, and a brand-spankin-new (and quiet!) AC unit at an irresistible offer... everything for a little over $400 out the door and a monthly payment of about $105/month. Not too shabby. All in all, I have to say that my wife and I are both highly satisfied customers.

I contacted Scott's because their office is close proximity to my house. When I called they worked with my family's busy schedule and we were able get an appointment that afternoon. Cliff was on time and very professional. He located all the problems and made all the necessary repairs. The job took alot longer than expected but Cliff made sure the job was done and checked the system before leaving. I would highly recommend Scott's Heating & Air conditioning.

I use Scott's Heating & Air.  I really like them.  It was a good deal. 

Straight A's for them too. They did an excellent job. Very professional. I think when some of my neighbors saw them here and asked my husband about them, and they ended up hiring them too. We all look out for each other.

They were very responsive. I received a phone call within 20 minutes of sending a contact request online. I had a person at my house the next business day. He was punctual and professional. He fixed the problem (low refrigerant) and made some further suggestions for preventative maintenance, but did not try to upsell me on unneeded services. Very pleased.
