"Sorry to hear however we agreed on the trim because the wall was not even so the trim would not fit properly we are garage door company not carpenters to fix the structure as well as the floor not being level old door was slightly shorter and fit below the concrete the new do will not so need to have some concrete chipped out or more to level up. We did everything we could to accommodate the customer in our ability customer asked us to put up trim to see how it would look after told him not good we did everything were were hired to do"

"We installed two doors for Mrs [Member Name Removed]. Mrs [Member Name Removed] was very intoxicated on both occasions,during the estimate as well as the installation. I The owner was present on this particular installation. No one was yelling at anyone in fact we didn’t even have another job that day. Removing a garage door is very loud and we do throw the panels in the driveway of the old door till they can be removed which they were. Mrs [Member Name Removed] called us to address a few concerns that she had about a light not turning off and a couple of exposed wires that are low-voltage. We agreed to return the following day to her home to address those issues and resolve them. But, however later that day we received a call from a very obnoxious, who seemed to be intoxicated as well, grandson . Who all short of Threatening my technicians that they would return to correct the problem. I advised her grandson we already spoke with Mrs [Member Name Removed] and we were scheduled to come out the following morning. He then demanded us immediately be there and began to use racial slurs against myself and my tech. I as a business owner as any business owner would do will not subject myself or my techs to abuse And racial slurs and obscene comments by any customer. I know this to be absolutely 100% true because I spoke with him on the telephone.
