"We should of caught the odors the first time. Sometimes they are isolated in one corner and nowhere else. I wish there were a way to measure odor but the only way is to use our "sniffer". "Not all fringe is white. I know the area rug ment a lot to you but I don't believe in bleaching fringes. Most fringe is made out of cotton and cotton isn't white. When you have a fringe that is perfectly white that means it was chemically brightened. If I wanted to get your fringe white I would have to use an oxidizer on your fringe. Oxidation, damages cotton and wool. (99% of all fringe is cotton or wool. The Fringe is the extension of the Weft and Warp yarns on the inside of the rug. They make the grid the weavers put their knots on.) I'm very sorry your dissapointed. Your fringe is not ruined. We can fix it. And it does take a long time to clean a rug. We ask for a week. One of the main reasons for that is because we sometimes have to wash a rug multiple times. When you wash a rug, you have to dry it. It takes some time. I'm always available to chat and will always back our work up. We have a 100% money back guarantee and we will replace anything we ruin. (which we have had to do before. Out of thousands of rugs we might have to replace one or two. It is the nature of the business.) By the way, I'm the owner and I clean and/or supervise all of the cleaning.
