The price was decent but the work that was done was not. It took them almost a year to finish our pool and deck which was not a very complicated project. I could never get anyone to take our calls and when I did, they would tell me ''someone will be out this week''. That is always the standard answer. When workers finally did show up, they would only do a small amount of work and leave. This continued for months. They made so many mistakes I lost count. When we spoke up about the mistakes, they made us feel like it was our fault. They lied about when they were sending workers out and about the work that was being done. They ordered the wrong materials several times. There office staff was very rude and treated us second class citizens despite the large amount of money we spent with them. The owner was clueless and always deferred things to the rude people in the office. It was an endless cycle that I finally had to remedy by having someone else out to finish the job.

Worst experience I ever had. This company should not even be in business. They took close to a year to finish the work and there was mistake after mistake. The pool is brand new and there are already cracks in tile and deck that the company has yet to come back and take care of. Do yourself a favor and choose another company!

Pete, our salesman, was extremely courteous and helpful. The company completed our pool in the time frame they said they would. We had no problems along the way and would highly recommend Florida Pools to any one.

It was horrible. We signed with this company in October of 2005 and as of August 18th, 2006, are still waiting for them to finish. The quality of work was horrible. Mistake after mistake after mistake. Their customer service inside the company is appalling. The people in the office refused to schedule us with sub-contractors (all this company uses) and we had to call all of the subcontractors ourselves. The gunite, the marcite, the baby gate, the maintenance, you name it all the while having to send them check after check just to try to get the project finished. They had 38k of our money since January and we went months after that before we could anyone to show up at our home to do work and when they did come out they were individuals who came for an hour or two and messed up what they were supposed to do and then we would go months more without any showing to fix what was wrong and continue to finish the pool. This company is a nightmare!
