The price for the part on the chain and tune up was very good, however the seal cost a bit more than expected.  I was not present at the time of service, so my wife discussed the details of the service with the tech.  He was friendly and explained different ways in which we could help to maintain the door better.  He even reminded my wife about the Angie's List discount so she could print out the coupon.  The door went from sounding loud and unbalanced to sounding very smooth and  fluid.  All in all, we would highly recommend Doors-N-More and will not hesitate to contact them if we encounter any future issues.

Our garage door spring broke on Thursday night. We called Doors-N-More
Friday morning and they had someone out by 9:30am. The technician was
knowledgeable and professional. He performed the repairs in a timely
manner and was helpful by showing us maintenance we could perform on the
door. I would definitely use them for future repairs and recommend them to anyone.

After calling several other companies who told us we would have to replace the ENTIRE 18' door (to the tune of $1800 or more), DOors N More assured us that they could get a replacement panel for our door.  It had to be special ordered so it was several weeks before the work could be completed, but as soon as the part arrived the work was scheduled within 2 days.
The tech who came out was pleasant, courteous and efficient.  He even went so far as to pop out a few additional dings my door had unrelated to the work he did.  We saved $1500 by going with them and I couldn't be happier with the result!

Rick arrived just after noon on the day I  called.  Repair was done immediately, and door is working well.

It went very well.  The attachment rod was reattached in a more solid manner very quickly.  He also inspected both my garage doors and oiled the springs over the doors.  I am a repeat customer and will definitely use Doors - N -More again in the future.

Rick came to my home and oiled all the gears/levers and explained my door was not closing all the way because the hinges weren't lubricated (my house was on the market & empty for 2years before I bought it). The door worked great for 2weeks then began sticking again. So I called them back and he said "I don't know what's wrong with it. I hate working with these inferior products" (referring to the brand of my garage door). When he was testing it of course the door didn't do the screwy thing! But when it finally did stop midway he fiddled with something and then he overheated the motor and the whole thing shut down for 20mins! He was up there BLOWING on the garage door motor! It finally kicked in again and at least he didn't charge me for the second visit. But what a pain! The company has good reviews, maybe its just Rick.....

My garage door spring broke over the weekend and I called a 0800 on Monday morning and was pleasantly surprised when they told me that they could be out to start the repairs between 1100 and 1300.  Rick the service technician, actually arrived early and started work immediately.  He started working on the repairs promptly.  During the repair he noticed the other issues I have with the 16 year old door.  He pointed them all out and also gave me the price, so that I could make the decision on whether I could afford the added repairs.  I was happy with the prices and had him to a full service of the door.  He completed the repairs and cleared up after himself and took all the worn parts with him.  Rick was very professional and personable.  It was a real pleasure to have someone who obviously need his work was happy to share the information on what he was doing with me.  I would recommend this company to anyone needing garage door repairs.

.They came right out and found that there was more that needed done. He changed the wheels and tighten the hinges and oiled everything. Now I barely hear the door going up and down before it was so loud. He did just a great job. You know he could have said "While we are at it we should go ahead and change the motor now cause it is only going to last maybe 5 more years" but he didn't he told me I didn't need to worry about it now.He as very concerned about my safety. He was very sincere. I will definately use him in the furture.

My garage door spring broke. After calling in the morning for an estimate, a serviceman was at my home by 1pm--exactly within the time frame given to me. The serviceman inspected the door and gave me the same end report that the owner gave me over the phone--the spring was broke and it's recommended they both be replaced as opposed to one at a time. Exact same quote was given to me to do the work, I agreed and within 35 minutes, the work was completed, the hinges were sprayed and the garage door was opening and closing as quietly as possible. Another happy customer!

Called in morning.  Service done when scheduled that afternoon.

One  of the springs on my metal frame garage door broke on a Monday afternoon.  I called 3 companies (on Angie's List ) to get estimates and availability.  Doors-n-More quoted me a competitive price and after juggling their schedule was able to send a technician to my house the following morning.

The schedule window was from 9am - 11am.  The technician, Rick, called about 8:45 to advise me he was on his way and arrived a little past 9:00.  He went right to work; removed the old springs, installed the new ones, lubricated them and tested the door's operation several times.  He was very careful not to rub against or scratch my vehicle which was parked in the garage at the time.

After installing the new rings, Rick adjusted the tracks, tightened some bolts and checked the chain on the door opener to make sure all was in order. He even tightened a loose cable and brushed away some cobwebs which were festooning the upper corners of the door.  Despite a brief period of "banging" while the work proceeded,( which was a little unnerving at the time);  when he was finished the garage door opened and closed more smoothly and quietly than before.

All in all a most satisfactory job from start to finish .  

The only complaint, a very minor one, is that he removed a competitor's label from the wall and replaced it with his own without asking permission.   I might have needed the information on that tag at another time.

Doors-N-More was very professional and good. The estimate was higher so that is why I went with somebody else. The only people I called for estimates is if they had an A+ with the Better Business Bureau and good remarks on Angie's List and that is why I called them. They were very nice and courteous. I called and somebody called me right back and they showed up on time.

He got my garage door working again. I didn't need another large bill at this time. It has been working fine since he repaired it. We decided he was the closest to us and looked the best from the listings. He was extremely polite and seemed knowledgeable. He gave us options and we took the one we wanted. He did an excellent job, and the door is still working many months later. It literally saved us a lot of money at the time.

Our garage door hasn't worked well when it gets below about 75 degrees for several years, and lower temperatures came earlier this year so it bothered us more than usual. We used Angie's List to find someone to finally fix it. They would have sent a repairman the day after we called, but we set the appointment a day later than that. The Doors-N-More office called to tell us the repairman was on his way, and he arrived soon after. He was very professional and did a great job fixing the door. The bill was very reasonable, to have the door working reliably, and less than we'd been afraid it might be. They couldn't have done a better job for us, and we recommend them highly.

They provide very good service. They were very good and did a lot extra stuff for free. They were very helpful and their price was good. Their price was cheaper than every other quote.

They were good. They were close, convenient and they did it really fast. They do what they say they would and it's a good company to work with.
