The technician was Scott and he explained everything quite clearly and made sure that we fully understood all the nuances of garage door maintenance and operation. He was efficient and courteous the whole time and the encounter was pleasant. This is the second time over the years that we have received exceptional service from this company and I would never consider calling any of their competitors!

Very impressed! The new door looks great and the opener is wonderfully quiet.

The technician arrived on time and started the work promptly replacing the broken equipment. He made other adjustments to the opener and door that I was unaware was not attached properly. He secured the opener to the wall, which had not been attached since the installation of the opener. He removed the very old cracked, hanging weather stripping from around the frame and removed the staples from the frame as well.  He also secured other wires not relating to the garage door or the opener to the walls of the garage so they weren't just hanging there. Which was a very nice extra and looks much better now. I'm very pleased with his work and will call on the company again.

Door opener broke at 5:00 pm 3 days before we were leaving town.  Found them on Angies List, left message.  They called the next morning, got the door closed and the next day had a new opener installed.  No fuss, everyone was very friendly.  I would use them again!

We called Mark after a torsion spring broke on our garage door and we asked him to replace both.  The work was performed as expected and was very timely.  He showed up at the time he specified which was very considerate and appreciated.

One of my garage door 's steel cables came off the wheel and my door was hanging half open at an angle. I called Doors-N-More and they sent Rick to my house. He arrived promptly, assessed the situation and re attached the cable, lubricated and adjusted the door in an extremely efficient manner. I couldn't be more satisfied.

I called Doors n' More but they were booked that day, and could only come out the following Monday, which was fine.
Scott, the repairman who came out,  asked me about the problem then proceeded to check everything out. The springs weren't broken, and I could still get the garage door to lift by pushing the button inside the garage.  He found that the panel inside the opener was fried, either from an electrical surge or from lightning. He gave me a choice of either replacing the opener with a completely new one  which was going to run somewhere around $400, including labor or just doing the repairs  which would run about $170.  I decided to just have him replace the panel. After he did that, it worked fine, keypad worked, remote worked.  He then proceeded to thoroughly lubricate every hinge on the door, lubricated the springs and the track. He also told me what lubricants to buy and how often to lubricate everything. He checked out the springs thoroughly and adjusted them a little. He said it was very important to keep the springs adjusted correctly. He was very thorough, took his time, and did a good job I thought. He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable about garage doors. I would highly recommend this company to anyone and also would recommend that you ask for Scott. One final note: on two previous occasions I have had to call repairmen to come out and fix something about the opener.  Each repairman (from 2 different companies) simply fixed the problem, replaced the item that needed to be replaced and gave me a bill.  Neither one bothered to check the door completely, check and adjust the springs, and neither one did any lubrication of the hinges or track. Call Doors n More, and ask for Scott to do your repairs.

What a wonderful experience from start to finish. We called that morning and the appointment was set for noon-2. He arrived on time, quickly found the problem and repaired the door. It opens perfectly again and we were able to purchase two new remotes at the same time. We highly recommend them.

When I explained the problem/symptoms over the phone, the gentleman was able to discern the problem and asked me to first try his solution - and it worked! He could have just made a repair visit and charged me for the simple solution which was to align the scanning lights.   With the garage doors being close to 17 years old, I really thought I would have to replace them and was delighted with his help and honesty.  I will recommend them to everyone.

My garage door only worked in one direction. I asked Doors-n-More to fix it. He was unable to repair it and told me I needed a new circuit board (which no longer was available new). Additionally, he talked me into a new set of rollers. So when he finished, I got a bill for $218.36 and the door still did not work. He offered to put in a new opener for $315 but I was not about to reward him with that contract when he wasted $218 of my money already. I sent the circuit board out for a repair but it still did not work when I got it back. The repair on the circuit board cost about $50.
I then contacted another garage door company (Quick Response) on Angies List and they came out and replaced the old opener with a new unit for a total of $250. I strongly recommend Quick Response for garage door work and advise against using Doors-n-More.

This was a totally happy experience.  The service person was on time for
both trips, patient with questions, thorough with explanations.  Two
trips were necessary because the first trip resulted in my needing a
garage door as well as the opener, something I suspected, but was not
sure of until the expert gave me his opinion.  I would use this company
again in a heartbeat.

The people at Doors N More are very nice, professional and got the job done. They have a nice customer service. Nothing stood out negative on them.

I have used this company in the passed for repair work and they did a
great job. So now when I wanted a new door and opener I called them. The
girl that answered the phone was rude. when I asked for someone to come
out so I can see what is available, she said a door is a door, there is
no need for someone to come out - I told her the size and she gave me a
price. She then said if I really wanted someone to come she said she
"guessed" she could send someone out. I told her not to bother.
My new door is being installed today - by a different company.

Service was done in timely fashion.  Technician was very thorough and did a complete checkup on door after installing a new spring.

The company answered my call promptly and got out to me in the same day.  The garage door sounds like new and best of all it works again!

Rich came and wrote the estimate.  He was on time and very informative.  The old door and the old lift mechanism were replaced 2 weeks later and work great.  There was no clean up or trash for me to deal with.  Very satisfied with the job and the installation process.

The door opener was installed and seem to be just fine.
