The carpets came out cleaned. The price was reasonable. They were good to deal with. I would get back to them if I need my carpet clean.

We were always so satisfied with CLEAN IMAGE OF ORLANDO INC, we were just very pleased with them and we are just stuck with them and for that matter of fact, I wanted to recommend them for the lady who bought our house, so she would just keep using them because they are really good. They use natural products, it is like brand new when they do it, they did a really great job. I just think that they are really good, if people want their grout and their tile cleaned, then these people were doing without a problem and they do it fast too. I never had any problem, I just called and they will tell me a time they would be there between and they call you about 15 minutes before they get to your house, so that you know there they are. They always are within the time limit they gave you. They get to work, they do the job really good and really fast.

Came by the house to look at the site, was very informative, knowledgeable, and professional. Promptly emailed me a quote, I accepted and we set a date, which was like a month out because he is busy. The work was done very professionally and I was very happy with the results. I plan on using them again. 

Scheduling was great. They did an outstanding job. It turned out to be a bigger job than an anticipated and they explained they could not get it done in one day. I told them there was no rush. They came back on Saturday and were here for six hours to finish the work. The floor looks now better than when it was brand new.

Cleaned floors thoroughly using steam machines, dried it with fans, repaired the cracked grout lines and applied the stained sealant. The job was performed by two people and it took approximately 7 hours. The floor was left clean and dry to the touch. The Clean Image folks did a great job. They helped us move the furniture back into place. The cost was as estimated. The estimate was provided by phone based on my description and measurements. I would recommend Clean Image.

We have used them a second time too. The quote that they gave me over the phone is exactly what they honored. They did everything that was promised. They called to follow up with the scheduled appoint. They came in a timely manner and were professional. We were happy with them and buffed the floors and this was a follow up cleaning. I now use them on a regular basis. They also go above and beyond and moved furniture too without being told or charged. They were also not pushy with their project, but made some recommendations.

They are always on time and call a half hour before coming. They work quick and do a good job then leave. They get our floors looking like brand new.

The process took about 2 hours and they were able to remove scratches and most stains. Price was high but worth it because they were professional, punctual and knowledgeable.

We recently moved in to our home which was built in 2006. The travertine floors were need of a good buffing and cleaning. I don't believe they had ever been done. I called 2 places for quotes. One was completely out of the ball park. I called Clean Image for a quote and questioned the owner for all possibilities and requested a quote for the highest and lowest range based on all services prior to actually coming to the house to check square footage. We live in a rather nice neighborhood where quotes on work and services tend to have an additional 30% premium based on location.
I felt the price given over the phone was rather reasonable and confirmed an appointment to come check the square footage. Once the square footage was checked, I had made an appointment for the following week to have the floors high pressure washed, holes patched as well as buffed and shined. Two gentlemen arrived on time. They were both very polite and well mannered. They answered all of my questions without hesitation. They also helped me move some furniture despite requesting that the areas to be cleaned were free of furniture, area rugs etc. prior to their arrival. Both gentlemen worked diligently. One the first day, both men were here from 9 to 6pm. The second work day was 9 to 2pm. I was very impressed with the cleaning and the services performed and asked what the charges would be for a maintenance cleaning. I was quoted $350 and scheduled a 6 month appointment for a high pressure wash. I would definitely recommend CLEAN IMAGE for service.

I contacted Carl at Clean Image and he gave me a ballpark estimate over the phone after I described the areas that required service. We made an appointment for a proper estimate and service at that time. On the day, his three member team arrived on-time and in uniform. They inspected the space and we agreed the original estimate was fair and accurate. I signed off and they set to work immediately. A couple of hours later the job was done, we settled up, and the lads were away. They let me know that the builder had failed to caulk the ground floor shower stall (insert big thank-you here) and that the sealant should cure for 48 hours so, I closed the place up. Upon returning, I was delighted to find the grout lines were clean and color-matched throughout the house. Great work done by professional staff.

The team was extremely neat and very professional. The job was bid on the specs I gave them and they included the shower area walls that I had not included in the specs at no extra charge. Very reasonable price. Job performed rapidly and perfectly. Our floors look like new. They found a crack in the shower floor and repaired it as well at no extra charge. They recommended a product (that I purchased from them) for regular cleaning of the floors to reduce the maintenance. It works great and it is much less expensive than our previous floor cleaner. Overall, I couldn't be happier. We will definitely use them again.
