It looks brand new! They did a great job ! I would definitely use them again! I have used them before but this time I had more work done!

I used this company 2 years ago and was extremely dissatisfied. I have left reviews on other forums which give the company an opportunity to respond. Unfortunately there is no opportunity for the reviewer to dispute the lies in the owners response. I believe he knows this which is why he always leaves such lengthy responses. Still 2 years later, I am mostly ****** about the owners lack of responsibility for the crappy quality and lies! He is more concerned about this reputation then making his customers happy; a good business owner would know that goes hand in hand.

I am so happy with my travertine. They were able to get all the black mold out, re-sand, and make a few repairs outside. The sealer brought out all the beautiful colors. At first a little disappointed because the bleach in the cleaner lightened the painted stucco several inches up the wall. However, the technician remedied the situation by adding fresh paint I still had available.

Clean Image did an excellent job with cleaning our floors. They explained everything in detail, patched holes, and ended up making the floors look like new. The team of two were very professional and courteous and took extreme care with how they performed the work.

Clean Image of Orlando arrived to provide an estimate for the cleaning and sealing of travertine tile in my kitchen and living room and the sealing and polishing of new travertine we laid in the front entry and bathroom. I originally called Warrior Floor Care which I found out is under the umbrella of Clean Image. The guy that came out to do the estimate arrived on time and was very professional. He measured out the area and then provided me with my options. Based on his recommendation we went with a hone instead of a high polish due to having three dogs and 2 kids heavily tracking the areas. I received 2 other estimates one which was higher and one which was lower than what Clean Image quoted me. I received a call back a couple days after the estimate and they told me they had a cancellation and an opening the next week. They also told me that if I was able to fill it there would be a discount. The quoted price with the discount turned out to be lower than the other estimate so I went with them. The associate that performed the service arrived on time and was professional looking. He got started right away and didn't waste any time. I don't remember his name but he did an outstanding job. They quoted me a job of 4 hours and he was done in just over 3. He called me downstairs when he was about half done to show me the difference in the floors from the polished and unpolished side. The cleaning was most impressive as we had picked a light tan/white grout that had turned dark from dirt and grime which was back to white and looked new after the cleaning. I would highly recommend them and will look to them again when we need our floors resealed.

These guys are amazing. Carl came to our home to inspect the job requirements and provide us with a quote for services. They were as competitive or better than the others I received quotes from. A team of 2 men worked for about 9 hours to complete both jobs - very professional, took good care of our home and were diligent on completing the job. These combined jobs were more than 1,600 square feet. The next morning, we noticed some haze on the marble flooring (which was a new installation) and contacted Greg. He arranged to have Carl and Mark come to our home within a couple of days. Carl assessed the job and felt that the marble required a second polishing. It now looks like liquid - absolutely beautiful!!!!!! These guys are professional, experienced and are focused on doing an exceptional job every time. I will definitely hire them again when the need arises. It is not often that you can find a company that exceeds your expectations. Thank you Clean Image of Orlando and Carl!

They did a fabulous job! You can barely see the repairs. I had used the service provider before for some smaller cracks and they were wonderful, so I used them again for the larger repairs. They also cleaned up after themselves.

They did a great job.  Travertine floors look brand new.  There were a lot of holes in the floors and a few did not repair well the first time.  They were happy to come back and re-do those repairs at no charge.  The cleaning of the tile floors did not make the grout look significantly better.  They had suggested they could paint the grout if it did not look different after cleaning, so I asked them to come back and do that too.  They did and the tile floors look totally different.  All the floors look really good.  I did have one other company come in and give me a price quote and Clean Image was competitive, and I had more confidence that they would do the best job.  I am very happy with the professionalism and customer service and even got the rare thank you note from this company.  I will not hesitate to use them in the future.   

Horrible. My floors were not sealed. They look worse in the 18 months since their service than they did in the 6 years leading up to their cleaning and sealiing. I can't spill anything on the floor including soda, food, anything but water without it etching the surface. I now have dozens of areas on my floors dull and etched. Floors look horrible. The floors were definitely NOT sealed. I called them twice, spoke to a manager 2 months ago and he acknowledged they didn't seal them like I had been told and was to have owner call me back. No one has called me back. Extremely disatified. Would never use use people again. Be very wary.

Carl phoned me and discussed options.  Very informative and professional.  His team was on time, worked hard, and the end product far exceeded my expectations.  While it was expensive to have all the wax removed, and the final polish, this will last for years to come and is well worth it.  It looks so shiny you can see your reflection and it looks stunning!  I would highly recommend Carl and his team to anyone in the market for this service.

Today the Clean Image crew of two came and did one of the best jobs we have ever had done in my home.  They were smart and detail oriented and moved quickly and thoroughly.  Carl explained as he went along or we asked a question and he and CJ gave us straightforward answers.  Right now my husband and I are sitting in our home with a great smell, super clean floors and wishing we had called him years ago.
My husband has already talked to them about coming back to do our outdoor patio and we really could not be more pleased.
It is rare to find a company that is responsive, understands their business this well and provides a service that goes above and beyond. We appreciate the work Carl and CJ put into our home today and are glad to recommend them.

The 2 guys arrived right on time at 8:00. They worked all the way through lunch and finished my 1600+ sq. ft. of travertine at 4:30. They started by taping and putting towels on all of the transitions between the travertine and other flooring (carpet, wood). They were careful to make sure the water from the cleaning and polishing wouldn't damage those other areas. They then patched the holes in the floor with epoxy. One of the guys even told me I can get it online and patch it myself. Then they honed the kitchen, walkway, and laundry room. Since I always like to know what kind of equipment they used, they spent some extra time explaining exactly what each machine does. Afterwards they polished, cleaned and applied sealer on the floors, all while vacuuming the excess water away. They definitely run a tight shop, the first guy would do the polishing while the second guy did the cleaning and vacuuming behind him. There was no mess left behind as they worked.  They proceed to microfiber the entire place to makes sure it was spotless.
I was working in the patio while they did their job and they would come out to get me as their work progressed and when any issues arises. They asked me if everything looked okay during the entire process to make sure everything was to my liking. There were some issues with the edges of my tiles being over polished and they spent an extra hour trying to make it all even. These guys really take pride in what they do, they are highly recommended.
I wish I got the full hone and higher polish, but it wasn't within the budget, however after a few years of wear I think I will go back to them and get everything done.

.Can't say enough good things about this company from the woman who answered the phone (Mary) and made my appointment, to the gentleman (Carl, owner of company) who did the estimate and the two hardworking and friendly gentlemen ( Chris and Greg) that provided the elbow grease to make my 50 year old slate floors look fabulous! (600 square feet of slate) Chris even took the time to apply epoxy that he carefully matched to my slate, which had a big chip in one of the slate tiles. I was more than pleased with the entire process and the results of their labor. They also cleaned one area carpet and also did one bedroom that had wall to wall carpet. Also had them clean our front porch by the front door. I would highly recommend them and will call upon them in the future.

Our marble floor in our laundry room was dull and dingy.  We called Clean Image to get a estimate to try to bring it back to life.  Carl came out and gave us the estimate and we were on the schedule within a week!  Carl and Michael called when they were on their way and arrived on time.  They spent all day making sure our floors were perfect. The floors look better than they did when they were 1st installed! We have the mirror shine back that we lost and do not have to think about replacing the floors anymore.  We will use them over and over again to help keep that mirror shine!

Carl is a master at what he does , I have been looking for someone to repair and polish my travertine flooring that is throughout my entire home .we are in our home for 8 years and have been searching for a company that can not only do the job of the floor itself but also move around our very expensive furniture . well look no further this is your guy/company believe me I interviewed several companies over the years and no one was willing to do everything Carl did .he came to my house with several trucks full of equipment and 7 or 8 of his staff which were very polite and experienced , he made this process very simple for us , I did nothing , his plan worked perfect and my family was not inconvenienced at all .the floors were polished to a high gloss and look amazing ,all the damaged area's he filled and fixed are on color and look terrific . Carl took pictures of the layout of the furniture removed it and placed it back in its spot ,what a load off me , my wife is thrilled and boy is she particular , these guy's didn't leave the house for 3 days which I appreciated very much because I knew this was a tremendous task and Clean image ate it up !! I am a small business owner my self and that is why I am writing this review , this company wants your business and earned this review ! AAAA+++

I began looking on internet on how to clean my travertine floors. Home was built in 2005 and we purchased home just one month ago. Floors were scratched and dull. Found Clean Image of Orlando on Angie's List and called last weekend for an estimated based on the excellent reviews. Received call back Monday morning and Carl came out to give us estimate. He was so knowledgeable and sincere that we scheduled his service for 9-25-14. Carl arrived promptly with 2 coworkers and they got right to work. They had to remove 9 years of wax from the tiles and then clean and polish the tiles back to their original shine. They even repaired 12 holes in the tiles that they found at no additional cost. The job started at approx. 8:30am and was completed by 5pm. I was a bit apprehensive fearing that the floors would only be slightly better and were beyond repair. But I have to admit, that when they were done, I was astounded by the job they did. The tiles were like glass reflecting light from the windows - they were so shiny I could not believe it! Carl and his team really did a tremendous job - all were professional and friendly, but Carl was especially concerned that we were happy with the outcome and clearly takes pride in his work. He even took time, before he left, to explain how to care for the floors and what not to do, so they stay as shiny and beautiful. I have to admit that any doubts I had before they started were gone when I saw my beautiful floors. This was definitely money well spent!
